The cleaning of this company is disgusting it looks dirty and smells really bad
I'm sure this is a great place and for some reason I guess we had bad luck here. My daughter was told she had a small fracture in her growth plate. We were given a boot and sent home. Her severe pain got worse. She stopped eating and drinking. I called 2 times to let them know there is something else wrong but never asked us to come back to check. We had to find another ortho and he sent us straight to children's hospital. My daughter had staph in her bone and it was a very serious infection. It would be more helpful to patients if maybe we could get someone to stop and rethink that maybe we need to go back and re evaluate this child's situation.
I found it to be very very good!
Great experience with Dr. Kazenske in 2017 for knee replacement.
Dr kasinksky an staff need skills fixed screwing up referals even when their own central sceduleing laughs an says they know better they have to be doing on purpose they refuse call backs never ans phones. Dr mo concerned getting you out than listenins G or even bothering to address issue you were sent there for
Surgery went well for ACL Reconstruction. After the surgery however I do not like any of the after surgery care. I have called and spoke with triage nurses about 3 or 4 times. I have had questions about walking with brace on without crutches and about a medication that is upsetting stomach. I never received a call back from Dr. Keihns office. That was yesterday. I have called 3 times today and cannot get a triage nurse to answer. I can not get Dr. Kiehns office to answer. I know surgery for these people is an every day occurrence but to be on the receiving end of a knee arthroscopy with the life of your knee and all the fears of reinjury it would be nice if they showed the same concern as I do for my knee and my recovery. Not at all happy with the after surgery patient care.
Super thankful for you guys help. Super friendly staff. Was super nervous about returning a 2nd time. Which was quickly over came by seeing familiar staff. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
My review is for Dr. Anderson. He was so kind and thorough with my daughter. Bedside manner was so great- which is rare today. We left feeling great about our treatment plan!
My experice so far. Less than a week after surgery. Called on a fri to get pain med refill for surgery i just had. Auto answer said they were closed(they are open on fri) and gave on call dr number. Called it and it was not the on call Dr.. Called back first number and they answered and said they were having phone issues. Asked about details on post surgery and was just told to refer the the paperwork that i was given. Paperwork was not specific and didnt answer my simple question. Asked about refill and was send to a refill voicemail line. Hopefully someone checks the voicemail soon or i will get to be in pain all weekend. Dr was fine but the mercy office system makes it as hard as possible to accomplish simple task like request and confirm a refill has been put in.
Dr Flesher repaired my right rotator cuff about five years ago. I tore it again and I'm returning to his service's again 😊he is a wonderful .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
