Hay I Love this place I being using every since I have had Psoriasis when I was 19 or 20 and I am 64 so Dr LEVIN AND HIS STAFF ARE GREAT !!!!!

If I could give this Dr. and this facility a 0, I would. They are incapable of actually getting prescriptions in on time. Not only that, they get it wrong after it had already been corrected previously. They have caused a mess with billing as well. They waited to bill the insurance and then billed the wrong one since insurance changed after the new year. The amount of legwork the patient has to do to get everything corrected is not appropriate. We will be changing to a new Dr.

Avoid this facility and Dr. Levin. When gathering initial information, the nurse was extremely judgmental when I described symptoms and communicated with attitude when she wasn’t able to find my records within the OU Medical system. After waiting over an hour, they somehow got my records from within their own system. Once Dr. Levin came in to see me, total duration was for less than 5 minutes and he down played symptoms presented and belittled impact they are having on me. He didn’t even perform a thorough examination to see the affected areas. I admitted feeling defeated and frustrated and was given free samples of lotion. If you want to leave a doctor in tears, feel free to give this office a shot. If you actually want a physician who will be patient and take time to examine skin concerns, find someone else.
