Very clean, professional, friendly staff & doctor. My first visit they put me at ease and answered all my questions. Exam was thorough- would recommend to any new patients

He is a good man. He's a great doctor. Willing to listen, and willing to help. He has bent over backwards to help me with prescriptions and with my pain. I've been seeing him since 2016. And it's now 22. Anytime I've had an issue with my prescriptions he has always been there for me. He has never let me down and made me suffer from lack of medication. I had an appointment scheduled when I got there i waited almost two hours, while others were seen and released that came after I arrived. When Dr. Lienen came in the room he was short and kind of rude...I am African American and do feel I was mistreated because I'm black

Staff is great here but let me tell you about my journey. I was going here because of a worker comp related accident. Had a trauma injury to my leg missing muscle and nerve damage. Well went to court with my job. Had other docs look at my leg and they all said I need continuous medical attention to be granted in court… but because this doc said I didn’t I didn’t get granted medical. Long story short it’s almost been 3 years and leg still gets swollen to the point it gets hard to move it. Did therapy but then when it’s was done I was just throw to the side.. I continue therapy at my own home by myself because I gained pounds when I was down… but not too much legs get swollen as soon as I get up. I was issued a cane but not trying to use it as much since I’m only 30. Almost felt like he got paid off but what can’t I do about it. It was a big company but whole trial i felt like it wasn’t fair not to mention covid happened so if I didn’t agree it could’ve taken another year.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Staff was rude and condiscinding. I started this process to change my PCP in October, effective January 2020. I was told he was taking new patients when I called and verified with my insurance. I tried making appointment this week and was told he needed to review my records first. I had my records sent. I called today to make sure they received and tried to schedule an appointment. I was told he would NOT see me, but no explanation. I’ve seen the same Dr. for 20 years, don’t dr. Shop, med shop, etc. been with same dr and would go to him unless I ended up in quick care. Please make sure you realize just because it says he’s taking new patients that he may or may not see you as a patient as he has an application process, which his staff should have shared in October not something I learn when I’m in need of medical care.

I've been referred to several physicians during my 13 year ordeal with work injuries, so needless to say I was unsure about this latest appointment. To my most thankful suprise, Dr. Jason Leinen was not only prepared to help me, he already had a plan in place that I desperately needed and had hoped for. This doctor is amazing and I am thankful to have been referred to him. He is proof that holding out hope is not an exercise in futility. His staff is kind, thoughtful, professional and each went out of their way to make a very difficult situation end in outstanding results. He and his staff's commitment to me as their patient has already born fruit as it has only been 5 hours since I saw him and I have the medications I needed and I can already feel a huge turnaround from when I was in his office. The results are already profound and I can see my life circumstances improving. Thank you Dr. Leinen and thank you to your staff. There is no greater feeling than to finally see a light at a long, dismal tunnel that I thought was all my future had left. After months of fear and uncertainty, I finally feel I am headed back in the right direction, thanks to you. When I see professionals like you and you staff, I am so proud I chose being an RN as my career. I do not know exactly how to thank you for giving me the sense that my life is going to get back on track, but I hope this helps. I highly recommend Dr. Jason Leinen, MD. His knowledge, experience and professionalism is a credit to the medical community. His offices are modern and clean and as I stated, his staff is exceptional.

Usually have to wait over an hour to be seen by doctor. I'm pregnant and I feel like because of that my pain was disregarded.
