Drs Jay & Carter provide quality, caring eye care and optical services in a beautifully remodeled office on the first floor of Mercy. The office and support staff are very attentive and courteous to all patients and guests. Great communication, scheduling, and reminder system is now in place, which is very effective and convenient.

Doctor Jay Johnston is one of the best of eye doctors! For many years he treated my grandfather and then me. Always, he was kind and caring and took the time to really listen to what we had to say. He is also very knowledgeable!

I have been going to this office for several years. They have, literally, saved my vision. I visit Dr. Carter Johnston annually and Dr. Jay Johnston performed my cataract surgeries. The office atmosphere is great, they get you in quick, the quality of care is awesome. I recommend this office to anyone looking for vision care.

Dr. Johnston and his staff are A+. In all time spent in the office, I was treated with professionally and courteously. Appointments are on time, and well orchestrated from the entire group of professionals. Pre and post surgical appointments included detailed medical and financial information. I will absolutely trust Dr. Johnston for all of my future eye health needs.
