WOW! I just had my first appointment with Dr. Floyd and I couldn’t be Happier! He spent the perfect amount of time with me to go over all of my previous care and prescriptions and made some recommendations that are perfect. I’ve never been happy leaving a doctors appointment until today. Great Staff & Great Service!!!

I had Dr. Floyd before about almost 10 or so years ago. Out of seeing many Doctors since 2007 wow awhile now I can honesty say that he was the best I've had the privilege of having not only the best Dr. Out of Ok. He listens and he does his best to help you with the right questions always asked. I feel like he takes the time to listen. I'd recommend him to anyone at any age he just has the best personality.

I have been a patient of Dr Floyds for a long time. However, when he moved to go into private practice I found that the overall experience that I had previously had with Dr Floyd was not the same. His staff is not very helpful, there are continual problems with billing, scheduling appointments is not easy. When i made an appointment with the dietitian - it was canceled 3 times within a 1-1/2 week time before I finally gave up trying to see her. I have since move back to Mercy Health Edmond and they are still waiting on my records from Dr Floyd's office. I was sad to leave Dr Floyd as I think he is a good caring doctor - but this staff with the expectation of his nurse is a huge problem.

Went for a wellness checkup since Dr Floyd moved to Crossway Medical Clinic. It has been a terrible experience. Two weeks after the checkup, I still do not have the lab results. Prescription called in but no follow up. Pharmacy and insurance are waiting on pre-authorization from Dr Floyd's office. I have called 5 times and left messages after messages without getting any calls returned. Very disappointed.

If it weren't for this doctor our daughter may not be alive today. Not only was he able to relate to to her physical and psychological well being needs he connected withher gaining her trust and respect. My daughter was a meth abuser and now she is a straight "a" student and drug free for nearly a year. He spends time to listen. Thank you, Dr Floyd! From her mom and dad
