List of Jennifer Green Smith's Reviews
They saved my baby’s life, and prevented her from being stillborn. I have read the reviews about the wait times. These people were worth EVERY single second of wait time. I saw them throughout my entire pregnancy. I never missed an appointment and they sent me directly to the hospital to have my baby after one of my last non stress tests. I am eternally grateful. I drove from Lawton, OK to find competent healthcare providers for my entire pregnancy. Sometimes there will be a wait, but they are competent, knowledgeable and professional. I would much rather wait for competent care than have no wait time for a doctor’s office that may not have caught my baby in distress. They email each ultrasound and have top of the line technology. I was grateful not to have other children and a lot of patients there since pregnancy causes our immune systems to take such a hit. THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING. There will never be words to describe how appreciative I am. They worked closely with my OBGYN and kept him informed every step of the way. THEY ARE 100% WORTH THE WAIT. ~Janina M.
Very slow, longest I had to wait to be seen while already in the back .
I was referred to Dr Stanley from my ob for gestational diabetes. Dr Stanley would recommend that women with gestational diabetes get induced in week 37 or 38 because the babies are fully developed already. I am a nerd and I read medical journals in my spare time when something interests me. I also have a few acquaintances from undergrad that are doctors in other states and I like to discuss things with them as well, as a sounding board. The advice I got from Dr Stanley is against modern recommendations and against the ACOG guidelines. I felt he was acting in his own best interests to protect himself from lawsuits. I had an elective induction with my first which resulted in my daughter not tolerating labor well so I wanted to avoid an induction. I have also read the statistics on post birth complications for 37 and 38 week babies vs 39 and 40 week babies. There's a reason full term is considered 39-41 weeks. I also felt like the staff nutritionist and gestational diabetes guidelines didn't help me (food didn't spike my blood sugars and my fasting glucose was slightly high) and the guidance was generic and just left me feeling frustrated. I thankfully had an understanding obgyn and I realized this guidance and medical approach were not what I was looking for and I transferred to OU, which integris doesn't typically work with, and I was very grateful I did. Ou kept up with the current guidelines and they do not recommend induction without cause prior to 39 weeks. I had a perfect, healthy, full term 8lb baby boy after going into spontaneous labor and I am very, very glad I didn't follow Dr Stanley's recommendations. I wish there were more mfm options in OKC for women to choose from!
Everyone was very friendly and kind. The dr was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood everything. I did not have to wait long!
I was really worried after seeing all of the awful reviews about this place, but also worried because of what I was going for. After my experience i had to get on here and give a review. My daughter's sonogram showed a bright spot on her heart, that could have been a few things, all worrisome, of course. I did have to wait a little while, but I could always tell the progress of the appointments moving through, and had to imagine that some were taking longer due to the extent of their findings and being told bad news, also having lots of questions over it. The staff was amazing. All of them. Especially the sonogram tech and doctor. They were so thorough, which is one thing that takes awhile. Then the Dr comes in and does it just as thorough, while explaining every step of the way to you, asking if you have questions during it, etc. My findings came out in a more positive manner. But I can only imagine others having negative findings would take more time to go through, while helping your patient process the information, on top of emotions. So yes, it may take awhile. But the thorough job and care for your baby should be worth it.
I thought I was just being sensitive and hormonal but after reading the reviews I cannot believe how this place treats their patients. I get a text the day before my appointment advising children are not allowed at the appointment. I called and asked why and the woman advised it’s because of covid, although masks are optional (despite being mandatory everywhere outside of their office space). So I had to find a last minute baby sitter because it’s fall break. Fine. Whatever. I get there and you can just feel the tension in the air from the other patients. When I was finally seen (as per the other reviews - be prepared to wait a lot!!!) my ultrasound tech was amazing! She was the greatest and truly a beacon of warmth. The level of detail she got was nothing like what I got from my previous two pregnancies. Afterwards she told me to wait on the doctor. So we waited. Then more waiting. And more waiting. Finally I went to the receptionist and asked if I could reschedule and the woman couldn’t believe I would ask such a thing and started getting snippy and rude. You forced me to get a babysitter for a day that I had planned on sharing with my husband and two daughters, getting them involved, and now I need to get back to them. The doctor did come and hurriedly go through the results (at my request) and they scheduled me for another appointment that I will be canceling. I relayed this experience to my OB and she said she commonly gets these complaints. I was prepared for a 2 hour appointment, and we went well over that. In short - rude staff mixed with overbooking made for a horrible experience, despite the amazing state of the art equipment they have. I’d rather pay $75 down the road at an ultrasound boutique to find out the gender of my baby then go through this company again. It’s a $$$ grab.
Worst place… Everybody is chilling and take their job for granted. Easy 3 plus hours wait for check. The ultrasound itself take only 15-20 minutes… nd you have to wait plus 3 hours for wait. Never recommend it
If at all possible, DO NOT COME HERE! Like the other reviews state, they don't respect their patients' time and you will be waiting for hours. I was referred here by my OB for some additional tests since they supposedly had better technology and equipment, but nothing they did or provided to me was something I couldn't have gotten in a fraction of the time at my regular OB. "Allow 2 hours for your appointment" seems to be their common phrase, regardless of why you're being seen in this office. I sat in the waiting room for over 90 minutes, had a 20 minute scan, and then waited another hour just for the doctor to come in and speak a mile a minute at me to give me a ton of statistics and information that I really didn't need, as it was stuff I'd already discussed with my primary OB. 0/10....do not recommend!
If it was possible I’d rate 0. Nobody should ever wait hours on end for their appointment to hear the receptionists giggling away having a grand time. Came here to get a proper anatomy ultrasound and possibly find out the gender as well, I left with only finishing a normal vital check before I had to leave for my ride. When I went to the desk to reschedule the lady seemed confused on why I’d do so. The whole time we spoke, she seemed to be holding back a laugh while I was clearly frustrated and upset at the situation. Being 28ws pregnant sitting down on an very uncomfortable chair for a long period of time mixed in with my ride showing up soon with me still not being seen was not a vibe. Since I wasn’t able to waste more of my own time, * I’ve never had to wait longer than 30 minutes for a simple ultrasound anywhere else*. I now have to wait until next month unless my OB is okay with me going somewhere else to get the ultrasound done.
I was a little nervous about this appointment after reading other reviews, but I was very pleased. We checked in, waited a few minutes, then I was taken back for vitals and basic info. I went back to the waiting room for a bit, yes it was a wait after my appointment time, but they had told me to plan to be there for about 2 hrs, so I didn't find this wait unreasonable. The lady who did the anatomy scan US was great, by the time we finished that portion, it was just over an hour past my appointment time. After that, we did wait close to 30 minutes to be seen by the dr., but he was fantastic and answered any questions we had. We left just before the 2 hour window ended. No complaints at all, very happy with our experience! I have no idea if the dr was in another room giving difficult news to another family or what caused his delay to see me, but in this part of the medical field, I understand that some situations are more urgent than my appointment and I may have to wait. And I would hope that if I were in an emergency situation, I would be the Dr's priority and regular appointments would have to wait.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process.
