Waste of time. Dr Ross is NOT taking new patients-which should be stated on her profile!!! Only 2 docs take new patients but 1st appt is late May. And, they DON'T save any time to see an existing patient who has an immediate need - and even then- you don't see a doctor - you see a nurse practitioner. My experience with nurse practitioners has been disappointing. This clinic just doesn't give a hoot about its patients.

Probably the best doctor we have ever had. My husband had early onset dementia. Dr. Ross made this long goodbye so much easier. Her patience, knowledge, kindness and help were just amazing! There is no better physician for this horrid disease.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ross! When my mother relocated to OK from out of state, I selected Dr. Ross because I wanted my mother within the Mercy Health Care System, and I wanted a gerontologist overseeing her care. Initially, we were told Dr Ross wasn't taking new patients, but thankfully we did end up getting my mother in with her. She's extremely kind and really listens to her patients, but she's also firm about setting goals and is willing to have the difficult conversations (ie weight loss, sugar control, exercise etc [basic lifestyle issues]). I'd change to her in a heartbeat if I could (but I'm not old enough). Kind, thorough, compassionate, skilled. Everything you could want in a physician. Also, extremely responsive to questions through the portal.

She's mostly a referral service, not in the office most of the time. Difficult to get an appt. Phone service very bad, she never returns a call. My patient record not up to date, blames computer problems.

Dr Ross is so very attentive her bedside manner is exceptional. She treats my mother with great respect. She is happy and positive. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Ross is very kind and compassionate. She has taken care of my mother in law for ten years. She has helped when we had to move her to assisted living and after her spouses death. She responds quickly to my concerns and questions online.

Dr. Ross is my elderly mother's doctor. Superb! Very attentive, always speaks directly to my mom (instead of talking about her while she's sitting right there), follows up on every concern.
