Dr. Norris is a great doctor. She saved my vision. She eases my worries by explaining thing's to me and that if I feel I need to see her before next appointment I could. She did a recent surgery on my eyes and at this appointment I found out I can see a lot better now.

Dr Norris is professional, yet very personable and friendly. She explained everything to me in easy to understand language, and was very thorough. She wasn't in a hurry and treated me with respect. I like her a lot.

Dr. Norris uses medical jargon and I had to specifically ask her to break down various medical terms for me. She seems like a nice lady, but her explanations were cluttered, not thorough, and I left my appointment with many more questions than I came in with. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Dr. Norris and do not plan on making another appointment with her.
