You would think that your heart surgeon would be a picture of health. He isn’t! He also treated the nurses that took great care of me horribly at the hospital!

Dr Cannon performed open heart surgery on me in January 2019. I feel he saved my life, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He’s definitely my hero. He explains the procedures he’s performing very clearly. He is an excellent surgeon.

Dr. Cannon is an excellent doctor. We had no idea what to expect with husbands scheduled quadruple bypass surgery. He is on point and tell it like it is, that’s what we like about him. Both him and his highly trained staff and his PA Tracey are superior and took the time to talk to us every time! We both are excited to find such caring doctor and staff at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital South!!

My husband recently was referred to Dr. Cannon for successful open-heart surgery. He and his staff were very thorough and my husband received excellent care.

Dr. Cannon did my CABG back in 2009 (42 years old) and my husbands in 2015 (50 years old). The man is wonderful and his bedside manner is great. Yesterday my husband had a heart cath done to check for new blockages or issues with previous bypass (8 blockages in 2015). Cardiologist said I don't know who did your CABG but he did an excellent job.....bypasses look beautiful and as if they were done yesterday. I live 5 hours away from his new practice now but if I need major heart surgery he is the doctor to do it.
