I don’t have a negative thing to say about my experiences here. The staff have always given me a warm welcome and Dr. Evans has always made me feel comfortable and at ease before any procedure. It’s very easy to see that he cares about his patients’ experience. I would definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends! Thanks again!

My family and I have moved away from Lethbridge, but we still travel 5 hours to see Dr Evans! As a dental hygienist (no longer practicing since having kids), I have a good knowledge and understanding of dental care. Dr. Evans is both thorough and gentle, and has a kind bedside manner. He does a thorough oral cancer screening at every hygiene visit, which I haven't had elsewhere. He is conservative in his treatment planning, and is most concerned with my dental health instead of just getting me back in the chair for more procedures. He has been watching my x-rays of a small borderline cavity between two of my teeth for 8 years. It hasn't changed and isn't growing, so he hasn't done the filling. This feels right to me! He promotes prevention first...like sealants, which prevent cavities. Sadly not all dentists do this! His approach to dentistry matches what I feel like any patient would want. I would recommend Dr. Evans to anyone!

Dr. Evans is amazing! He’s the only doctor I have allowed to freeze my mouth without sedation! He does it with not even a pinch! He’s friendly, very knowledgeable, caring, and his staff is absolutely wonderful! I switched dentists after I saw him once, and so happy I did! Would highly recommend him!

I am a legacy patient from when Dr. Evans Father owned the practice. He passed on to Dr. Evans his “Gift” of painless dentistry. Dr. Evans seems to take that little extra bit of time to ensure painless freezing and filling. His staff always seem pleasant and prepared for your particular needs. He has made time to see my family on very short notice for emergencies, and has always explained in detail, if asked, about the whys of procedures, and alternate options as well. I very highly recommend him.

Have had two appointments and everything was handled very well and I will keep going back. Very nice dentist and staff.

I was a patient of Dr. Mike's Dad Mark and since Mike took over the practice I have had nothing but good experiences with him and his staff. Beginning with the front office staff to my dental hygienist to Dr. Mike and his staff, every procedure has been handled professionally. If I need an emergency repair done there is usually a spot they can fit me in. 5 stars for this crew!

We brought my daughter for her first round of orthodontic work and everyone was fantastic. She was nervous, they always put her mind at ease, our average wait time was around 5 minutes and the staff were all very patient with my little ones who i had to take to almost every appointment and acted as three-year-olds do. My daughter lost her first appliance and there was no problem stopping on short notice to get a new one ordered. We will be sad to leave them when we move.

Dr Evans is a fantastic dentist, always cheerful, personable and thorough. I have been attending this clinic for over 15 yrs, since he took over from his father. The staff are tremendous and it is always a pleasure to chat with them. Dr Evans always explains what he is doing as he goes and I have not had a bad experience there ever. The staff has gotten me in within an hour when I have had an emergency. My husband has seen his associate, Dr Baker, on an emergency basis and he is pretty good, too. I would highly recommend Dr Evans!!

Worst experience ever. Because of my work schedule I called in and requested a retaining wire to be installed on my bottoms and a retainer built for the top in the same day. The receptionist insisted that this wasn't a problem. I made sure the she understood I needed the procedure completed in the same day. Arriving at my appointment the assistant asked what I was looking to have done, which I explained. She then very rudely stated that it takes two appointment, I needed to ask for it when I book, (which I then I explained I had), which she took as an insult and went on to explain that the receptionist don't always know how long things take. I then ask them to start the process, which led to "you need to ask for that when you book to get that done", which I had, and "we are so much cheaper than everyone else in Lethbridge". I had my orthodontics done there and was returning as a courtesy not because it was cheaper. I would pay double what they are charging for proper customer service.

Dr. Evans is an excellent dentist. He is always happy and concerned about your comfort. His injections are very near painless. He always explains what he is going to do and prepares you for what is coming. His staff are pleasant, happy, and helpful. They greet you with a hello and a smile when you enter the office. His associate, Dr. Baker, is also very nice and helpful. I would recommend either of these dentists to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, on-time, and kind dentist.
