I have grown really fond of this location. The moment you step in the door, everyone from the receptionist to the doctors couldn't be more welcoming and helpful.Dr. Greenhaw is really affable, and he may ask about your family and any travel plans. He makes an effort to treat you like an individual, not a file number.Their variety of frames is limited and somewhat pricey. In order to cut costs, I usually receive my prescription and buy my glasses from a different source.

My appointment was at 9, I was there first one there, and wasn't seen till after 10.

Seriously was about to lose my mind finding an optometrist who could my Rx just right. Dr Greenhaw took extra care to listen to my needs for my vision correction. Like Goldilocks he got it just right! Aside from great care they have a great collection of frames in a broad price range .highly recommend optical services here!!

Unfortunately, my glasses came in without the antiglare that I purchased. I noticed this while wearing them and brought them back to the office. One of the front desk employees acknowledged he realized they came in without the antiglare.. I was disappointed that this was not disclosed to me when I picked them up, nor was a correction offered when noticed. I assume he hoped I wouldn’t notice, which is just disappointing character that does not reflect Dr. Greenhaw..

If you have never used Kyle at Midtown Optical for your eyewear, then you're not too bright! What a Great Guy and WHAT Outstanding Service you would be getting with a trip down to Midwest Optical in Lubbock, Texas. I sat on my glasses and severely bent my eyeglass frames (gotta stay from the sweets)! Kyle fixed my frames and you would not believe the price! Quality Service from a Quality Guy! You gotta go and see Kyle - from now on - My Eyes Belong to Kyle - and I ain't kidding!!!

The staff at midtown optical shop fixed me up! They took my sisters broken glasses and spent quite a bit of time making them wearable, since she had no other choice at the moment but to wear these glasses. When I tried to pay they said no charge, just leave us a review on Google if you are able. If I lived in Oklahoma City this is where I would come for my glasses! Everyone there was fantastic!! Not only that, but they have these amazing New balance frames that have sport retention capabilities. No need to wear a strap to keep your glasses on during running or sailing. I am going to look for those in my hometown.

Normally an eye exam is under $100 nearly everywhere. If you go to this eye dr office just know an eye exam is $200+

First of all, I never give anyone a five star rating because I believe there's always room for improvement somewhere! Anyway, my wife has been struggling with eye problems for years, and no matter where I took her, everybody she saw just kept prescribing glasses, it wasn't until I brought her to Midtown Optical and Dr. Greenhaw that it was discovered that she needs eye surgery, She's scheduled for upcoming surgery next month, Thanks for catching what all the others missed Dr. Greenhaw
