Best hospital experience I have ever had, from check in to release. I had to have surgery on my left hip. When I came in the nurse at the front desk saw I was in pain, so she made sure I had to move as little as possible and even tried to find any way she could to make me more comfortable. The nurse that took me back was extremely understanding and moved at my pace. Not once did she make me feel like I was holding her up. She even apologized several tes for the distance we had to travel (up an elevator, down a hall, down am elevator, down another hall. They could see how much pain I was in so they moved as fast as they could to get everything done that needed to be so they could give me some relief. While I was waiting the entire staff was incredibly attentive and constantly showed genuine concern for my needs and comfort. Going into the OR the little bit I saw the staff the were very calming and interactive before I was out. Recovery was even great. Sherri and Tanya watched over me the entire time and even ran to my wife to get some snacks when they found out I was gluten intolerant so I could eat something post op. If I needed another surgery this place would definitely be my first choice for care.

So awsome of a place. The care you get is so amazing. Felt so at ease when talking to the staff. Ater srgery met kim, kay,an the rest.sorryladies cant remember all the names.but evetyone of you were a very important part in my recovery kay had the most paitace.seems like she was always doin somthing for me. .thank you all again.

I had a surgery with an overnight hospital stay. The nurses were very attentive and careful. The food was excellent, it would be good food anywhere but especially in light of the reputation of hospital food. My room was comfortably sized with 2 options for my husband to sleep, a recliner and a pull out loveseat. Everything was clean. The staffing was excellent. I was able to make some choices about what would be most comfortable for me, but they were careful to provide options that were helpful. Nobody wants to stay in a hospital, but this would be my first choice.

Best hospital experience yet! I'd previously had knee surgery at this facility earlier in the fall and was very impressed with the care and service at the time. I'm just now recovering from a major back surgery from two weeks ago and was blown away by the overall experience! Dr. Bret Braly reconstructed a failed prior back surgery completed by another physician from a different medical service provider network, and the results are already remarkable. The pre-op staff was very attentive and polite upon my arrival. Once out of surgery, the entire staff was the best ever. Pressing the nurse call-button got a response within 30 seconds or less, with a helpful and cheerful nurse to boot. I was seen daily by at least one case manager, 1-2 PA's and 1-2 Physicians, in addition to Dr. Braly. This is quite the contrast where you only see the case manager and physician the morning you're being released after a week long stay in the hospital. I hope I'm done with surgeries for the time being, but if I need any additional medical procedures, I'm requesting they be done here. Highly recommend!

Incredible! Such a great experience here when I needed surgery. Every nurse and physical therapist I had was so kind and took such good care of me! They were also very nice and helpful to all of my family and friends who were visiting. Thank you all!

This place is amazing. Stephanie, Zane, Cora, Angela and Kay were the best. They always seemed happy to help in anyway they could. They always stopped and explained each task before it was preformed. The rooms were large and the food was amazing. The food was catered in each meal. It was always hot and the portions were huge. I cant not praise this place enough.

I had surgery here a week ago and had a wonderful experience. Everyone I came into contact with was amazing and made my time recovering there super smooth. I highly recommend this hospital and ALL their staff.

Absolutely loved this place, the nurses and all the staff were so good to my husband and myself. Will most definitely use them again if I have to and will tell everyone about them.
