Absolutely a joke. ER in Shawnee had to argue with them for 3 hours to get our son admitted due to his seizures. After witch we spent 22 hrs Just for the neurology team to say “yaaa were just gonna up his dosage, we tried to tell your ear that so they wouldn’t send you but….”

My son is 7 and had to stay 2 days in the hospital they monitored his seizures for two days and he had to spend the night they where very nice to us and made him feel very comfortable he got a little depressed and wanted to be with his brother and sister at home but we did ok keeping him calm and volunteers brought him a Batman pillow case and toys and he got spoiled a lot the nurses where fantastic with him! I highly recommend our stay! But when it comes to regular 6 month appointments at his regular neurologist appointments some of the staff on the other side are kinda rude over the phone. But If your spending the night on the other side u will be taken care o f well!!!

My wife waited 3 months for my sons apt. A couple days before they called & said it's going to be virtual, well the day comes for the "virtual apt" and she done everything she was suppose to do, was on there as soon as they sent the text link & nobody ever joined the chat so while we was waiting for someone to join she called them & they told her that dr.poinson had already left that chat and that she was gonna see if we could reschedule havent heard a word sence. So with that being said that's the 2nd nuroligist that has let my 6yr old son down I'm praying we get some decent childrens nuroligist in oklahoma soon cause the ones we have now ain't helping our situation they could basically care less! Obviously

My son has been in the children's ER 3 different times in last week with multiple seizures. The neuro too lazy to go see the patient just calls down and says to increase meds and send him home. Ridiculous!!!!

I just had a baby Saturday December 5th. Let me tell you when I say that I've had class a grade a medical Care it's the truth!! All of the staff from doctors and nurses to housekeeping and room service, they are all attentive and compassionate and friendly. I can't say enough good things about what they're doing for me and my child that is in the NICU! Way to go OU Children's

Just a waste of time! I have been trying to get my child help for years and have continued to be let down was referred to ou children's clinic thinking they were going to give my son some kind of brain scan to help diagnose him because he has been in and out of hospitals and mental health residential units he continues to get worse he has been on so many different medications and nothing works i have been begging for help and I'm still looking for a good Dr to give my son a scan I think he has brain trama and I think he has been missed diagnosed
