Oklahoma Children's Hospital- Prenatal Diagnostic Center's Online Review Report Card

Actually we are negative stars for this place. We had a referral sent to this office. Either they don’t know how to take the referral or they don’t know how to make appointments once they have the referral. If I was a physician for this office I would be angry. When a patient can call numerous time and be told “we don’t have the referral “ and then over a week later someone admits to “oh yeah, we got it the first day you called???” Who is at fault here? Not the patient, maybe the other doctor who referred you to this incompetent place?? Or 100% the office who knew they had the referral and lied and lied about not receiving it!! Causing unnecessary stress to her and her baby. I will update this review and let the public know how long it actually will take to get an appointment that was labeled important.

First time experience was awful!!!! I miscarried and the doctor was unsympathetic and was pushing me to do a procedure I did not feel comfortable doing. Worst experience ever 😪

Malpractice! Malpractice! Malpractice! Old doctors who are worn out, lazy, or just don’t care! Ask questions, get other opinions, and push for what you need/want. If you are pregnant avoid their ER at all cost! Got to Norman regional or INTEGRIS Baptist!

I will never come back. Communication is terrible. Gave me the wrong address for the appointment. Waited in the waiting room for over an hour.

Such a GREAT experience! My husband and I loved our ultrasound girl, she was the nicest thing in the world, then Patrick the genetic counselor was also so wonderful, and then the nurse that came in to do get me for blood work was even the sweetest thing! Very rare to find a place where you love the entire staff. I would recommend them to anyone :)

I never had an issue with service here! It was always excellent.

This is a first-class hospital, and provides the finest medical care for the citizens of Oklahoma. I have brought my children here many times, and they have always been treated correctly and with the greatest care and respect. No one likes to have to go to the hospital, but when you do, you want to go someplace you trust. I trust this place.

This office repeatedly failed to communicate with us or convey test results during a difficult and critical time. They even forgot to send a sample to a lab and didn't realize they had lost it until a month later when I finally asked my OB to intervene because I couldn't get a Dr to return my call. After I lost my baby, a nurse told me that everything looked great with my test results and someone would have called me if anything were wrong. A simple read of my chart could have avoided that cruelty. I even tried to schedule an appointment to talk to the doctor about what had gone wrong, but was refused because I was no longer pregnant.
