This is the worst hospital ever for children. If your child is hurt or sick I would recommend going somewhere else for your child’s needs. They definitely do not care about children. The only thing they do is try to cover stuff up.

Every parent would be better off being a doctor for their child, instead of running to Emergency. I was waiting for 5 hours to get a room, after that we were waiting again for their service. We were discharged after being sleepless in the morning.

I waited in the waiting room for 4 1/2 hours with 3 other patients one whom was a child with a broken leg “while he was crying in pain for 3 hours” so I just left and to my son to another hospital, worst hospital experience I’ve ever been though

Very rude and unprofessional!!! Went back and forth with me during my anesthesia . Calling cooperate to have all those nurses jobs took from them! Worst Hostpital ever

Oklahoma Children’s hospital is an amazing place. I have had 2 brain surgery and my wisdom teeth pulled here and they always at great care of me and listen to what I have to say or what I want done for my care. I have only gone here as an adult. I love the fact they will help me even over the age of 18. I 100% recommend this hospital for complex kiddos and even young adults. Thank you OU Oklahoma Children’s Hospital for the great work you do in our community.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very unorganized. Came in through ambulance my daughters was having seizures and then had to wait in waiting room over 3 hours with my daughter throwing up. When asked how long it might be I was told they were going by time waited and not emergency basis. I recommend I’m using another hospital if you have an emergency.

If you tell a child to not eat because they need to be sedated. You should not have kids with history of passing out, wait hours after appointment time, unable to eat. We sat till long after they said my child would be finished with his procedure. Still waiting for the procedure.... unable to eat. ..... Doing it to adults is one thing. To a child is totally different. Shame on OU Childrens. After driving hours to get to the appointment. We showed up early. Did our part. My son is starving and we are still waiting. They told me in the prep meeting he would be completed by 1pm. It's now 2 pm and he hasn't even been changed to go back for his appointment 2 hours ago. Sad sad sad. Time skills definitely need to be taught to someone at the hospital
