List of Ou Health Physicians- Dermatology Clinic's Reviews
Tried to call to cancel my appointment. I was on hold for over 20 minutes and had to eventually just hang up. Very frustrating
I really love my dermatologist at OU Dermatologist! But I just sat on hold for 15 minutes for someone to pick up the phone and place me back on hold so I finally just hung up.
I was referred to this clinic by my primary care through the military due to my usual clinic closing on post and when I drove an hour and half for my usual injections they just offered me alternative treatments because they had failed to order the Botox my insurance would have covered. Extremely displeased with the unprofessional attention I received and will make an effort to avoid this clinic at all cost.
Rescheduled me 3 different times and I had to wait over 6 months to be seen. Ou didn't see me because saints did. They found a brain tumor. That is called malpractice, the doc knowing I NEED to see him, yet Rescheduling? Also I have brain surgery on Sept 20 so the app at Sept 26 was NOT possible. So I Rescheduled. They did NOT log that down. Been on hold for over an hour.
when you go in. everything goes super fast and done great but when you try to get ahold of them through the phone you most literally have to wait ages.
they have horrible service, they’re rude, and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to contact them.
Depends on the visit. Just skin checks for me sometimes Im in and out other times Im waiting a couple of hours....Dr Collins is awesome in MOHS procedures and residents do skin checks with follow thru by MD. I have had a biopsy fall thru the cracks because of class graduations and info isnt passed from 1 resident to another? Did need further surgery on that area but nothing serious. Still alittle worrysome. Definitely need to make sure to follow up on my own.
Like every other review; I came to say how HORRENDOUS this place is. The office manager is literally is most disgusting; rude, unapologetic, and LYING INDIVIDUAL you will likely ever meet at that. Their physicians some how train incoming students, but aren’t even able to diagnose basic conditions much less treat them. I was a patient here for over five years suffering. Their staff was disorganized, consistently rude, and often late. They failed to recognize a rash that is COMMON IN PATIENTS WITH MY GENETIC CONDITION and left me suffering for years while refusing to refer out elsewhere until I fired the clinic. Within weeks of being out of this place I was seen elsewhere and informed they believed I needed some genetic testing as well as autoimmune testing and that they didn’t “understand how this hadn’t been diagnosed or even recognized before.” AT A CLINIC WITH EDUCATORS; now I am left to worry about the training of ANY OUTGOING PHYSICIAN that learned nothing while here; aside from how to be slow paced and rude that is.
i would not recommend going there at all. they have horrible service and it's impossible to contact them
Unfortunately I have to give them a star. They truly do not deserve that star. I hope if anyone out there that has a 9 month old suffering with psoriasis and eczema DONT go here. Hell noone go here. They will lie to you. Worst experience of my life. I hope they know that my 9 month old baby because of them have to suffer a little more. And they can't give me a number to their boss. Someone Is going to answer to me. Don't mess with mama bear.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
