Using them for my aftercare from an ER visit, the doctor is amazing the rest of the staff that I have worked with not so much, the doctors assistant told me it is better to wait for them to reach out to me as Apposed to calling them or going to the clinic when waiting on paperwork to be processed, It has been two weeks since I have had any sort of verification, I am on short term disability, my insurance stopped my disability checks because this clinic has not sent them the information they need, I call the clinic and more often than not the person handling my paperwork is in “clinic” meaning she won’t even get back to me until she gets back…still waiting on a notification
