I have been here over an hour now, still not have been seen by anyone, I may just leave actually, I have to do a follow up for finger stitches and I want to do right by myself, I made it here, I do want good quality care bit I am still waiting........

It’s safe to say I’m happy with this doctor his care for my Situation has impressed me’ yes office help could use a change, Thank You Doc I pray the rest of my visits is nothing but good news!!

The Doctor who performed surgery on me is a good Doctor and I feel he did a really good job. The office is a nightmare though. Every time they told me they were going to do something I ended up having to do it myself. “We’ll call you to schedule you in a week.” Didn’t hear from them for 3ish weeks and had to call and ask to be scheduled, this happened 3 times. Also they did not get prior authorization for my surgery, after making me wait a month for it, and are now offering no help. So I’m stuck trying to deal with that by myself. Really no one in the office is helpful and they really just don't care.

Dr. Barrerio (SP? I hear he is new here) recently did a breast reduction for me. I was nervous due to the lack of face time with him, but the day of operation I thought he was a very kind and personable man. I felt very comfortable in an uncomfortable time. He did a great job in my surgery. It takes a lot to trust someone with your body and this was my first ever commitment to do anything like this with my body. Because of him, I Can’t wait to exercise comfortably and be in the best shape of my life mentally and physically. This will transform the quality of my life and that brings joy to my soul. I’ve given 4 stars based on the lack of communication I received from the staff the first months of my pending prior authorization and a couple unorganized and rude encounters. This was made up for. Nicole (aprn) and dr. Really made my experience and I am thankful for them. I really enjoyed Nicole’s personality, patience, understanding and kindness. Cheers to a better life. I hope others for whatever reason for surgery, find comfort and happiness with their work as well :)
