Great staff and exam was very through and informative.
Called to inform them I would be running late and to see if it was ok. They said 15 minutes is ok but I noticed I would be a little later so called again to make sure. Paula or Paulette (whatever her name is at the front desk) LIED and said to still come past the 15 minutes and she would make them aware I would be late. Show up about 2 minutes past the 15 minutes mark and there is a line at the front desk and no receptionist checking people in. I get the front and they inform me they cannot see me now. I’ve been extremely sick in and out of ER and urgent care for weeks which was the purpose of this appointment. Speak with the office manager, Heather, who offered to have me escorted out when she couldn’t provide me with patient advocate info. She was completely unhelpful and condescending about the situation. I left on my own because there was no reason for her to offer something so unnecessary and called and got the advocate info from the useless receptionist that lied to me in the first place about coming late. Went across the street to the OU ER because I cannot take how sick I’ve been for weeks. Every nurse and doctor in the ER thinks how they acted is ridiculous! Sad that the rest of the OU medical teams sees how horrible they are treating a patient and no one in the women’s health department does. Disgusting, definitely will be finding a new OB.
Dr. Regens is the best doctor I've ever had. I truly love and respect her so much. She helped me get pregnant and held me and cried with me when I had a loss. She is one of the most caring supportive medical professionals I've known. I wish I could express how much she means to me. Thank you for everything and thank you OU for having the best OBGYN at your hospital. She is a huge reason I will keep trying for a healthy baby.
I had an appointment 2 weeks ago and discussed a prescription change with the doctor. She was supposed to send it to my pharmacy as well as a referral to another doctor. The clinic has ignored several messages and a phone call, and I still don't have my medication or referral. Now I'll have to find another doctor, wait for another appointment, and pay out of pocket again to get a prescription and referral that I've already paid for. Do your health a favor and pay attention to all the bad reviews of this place.
My first baby appointment was violating with 5 women in the women n not one knows what to look for or how to take the photos. Also legit doing a brake swap in the middle of it./ the appointment making is terrible. I don't get a call back or accurate information. N wrong appointment days.
Dr. Neel is fantastic! She listens, answers even the tiniest question, and gives excellent care.
I recently had a visit for discomfort and was asked if I also needed a well known woman visit. After my visit I was advised that I would need a separate appointment for discomfort. I received a call back from OU Health saying that I need to limit future visits to a single symptom. I have a future appointment and have multiple abdominal symptoms. I can't eat much. Maybe half a burger. I think it's a blockage from gall bladder surgery and I'll MRI shows damage from the surgery clips. I have multiple symptoms and they don't treat multiple symptoms. Please advise if you have any recommendations. I'm having trouble finding a health care provider in Oklahoma to provide solutions for my health care needs.
NEVER use this office if your time and health are valuable to you. This has been the absolute worst service I have ever dealt with from a doctors office. I got a voice mail stating that I needed to call the office. I was a little worried so I checked my recent tests online. On June 7th one of my tests came back abnormal, they did not call me until June 27th. To make it even worse, I have been calling the office and sitting on hold since 11am yesterday. The telephone has not been answered ONCE. I continue to get an automated message and then no one answers the phone. I have sent a message through my chart, and still have not heard a single word back. They waited 20 days to call me about an abnormal finding, and now there is apparently no body in the office to answer a phone. So I have no idea what’s going on with me and no one I can contact about it.
Will never let them be an option of mine again. I've been having post-op complications since right at 2 weeks after. A LOT of pain in that area. Called every day last week trying to talk to my doctor, the doc who did the procedure, and kept being told she'd call me back. Friday rolls around and they tell me she's already out, but to call back Tuesday. After trying to get through ALL morning this morning, after 47 total minutes of wait time, they tell me that she's out for the rest of the week and there's nothing they can do for me. That I'll have to wait a few weeks to get that call back. This is unbelievable and unacceptable.
I had an appointment for 3:10. I'm a single mom of 4, so I had a sitter lined up in advance. They called me and moved it up to 2:15 with less than 24 hours notice, so I scrambled to get everything and everyone ready to go. I showed up at 2:35 and they refused to see me. I drove an hour and paid a sitter. They expected me to just come back another day this week, but who's going to cover that time off work or a sitter? I'm not the one who moved the appointment up with essentially no notice. I'm 37 weeks pregnant and won't be back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
