They charge for procedures they don't do. Then take your state taxes. I asked for results of the so called procedures and she hung up on me.

This place is the best Cancer center ! Everyone is always so kind and helpful! A huge shout out to Steven and Dustin in the Petscan department, those 2 men are so sweet so kind so helpful! Thank you guys for always being so amazing!

Had major surgery it this facility. Absolutely they best surgical team and support staff. Everyone throughout the whole process has been pleasant, informative and thorough. I am more than pleased I chose to have my life saved at this hospital.

3rd floor green couch and ottoman, I miss you 💔 I don’t have anything super negative to say, but I wish there were some more comfortable furniture. A lot of people spend their entire day here, and there’s no where to get comfortable to relax. Cancer patients typically rest a lot, but that’s hard to do :( It’s also quite a challenge sometimes to get ahold of my team. (I know I call often, but it’s scary not knowing what’s going on). I am genuinely VERY appreciative for everything this center has done for me. Being diagnosed was scary, and they made it less scary. P.S I absolutely LOVE nurse Sherry!! It’s always good catching up with her every month, and she’s always happy to see her patients.

DR BRIAN CROSS and HIS STAFF,are the BEST ! Dr Cross has been my husband's Doctor for the last 3 years ,we were blessed to have as a surgeon, very compassionate and informative, a dedicated Doctor who cares about his patients ,before,during and after surgery ❤

They treat you like you are most important person in the world.

Recliners in the infusion room are ridiculously uncomfortable. If you try to recline it pushes you back to a sitting position NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. Staff is great except one that was having disagreement with supervisor. Can't get physician to contact me. Can't get answers about my treatment . Lack of communication is absurd and inexcusable!!!

Greetings, First all I like to express I believed I was in heaven for a moment of time the OR nurse what a very beautiful woman and soul. Ive been in the so called medical system unexpectedly since 2011, malpractice which lead to multiple surgeries out of state, and the cause of a rare central nerve disease that will keep progressing there is no cure or any so called medical treatment in the USA to put it in full remission none. There is medical terminology with CRSP in the USA it doesn’t belong in pain management as a whole it belongs in internal and physical medicine as it is in Europe. Only 4-6% of CRSP diagnosis will spread full body, its a very unique disease. I want to thank the surgeon at first I was a tad surprised I didn’t realize at the time why I went through those procedures after looking it carefully I understand his reasons and thank you. Ive learned through this process the past 11yrs there is no reasons what soever to get upset with any medical provider in this country when it comes to your disease due to the information provided to them is vague. As for Brenda the post op nurse hey hun go take care what you need to in your personal life we all are dealing with something okay, if a burden is existing which is causing some bitterness go handle it, if it wasn’t for so called disease, injuries etc your profession would not be needed. You blew out my vein by removing the IV to quickly and not straight. Its okay I watched it for 3 days made sure there is no lump in it. That was the first time Ive ever felt that bad of pain and dealt with it. Im just now getting through it, I had no idea pain management is responsible for post op surgery. I hope they let me keep the staples, when I get better and do some work on the house I’ll use them lol.

Everyone from Terenna who made my appointments, explained things to me clearly when I was panicky to the check in staff, Dr Squires assistant Melissa and Dr. Squires was amazing today! I am in great hands! He took so much time explaining everything and they are super kind also and VERY positive! I needed that positivity with triple negative diagnosis! Thank you to all!
