The receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful . She always talks down to me and I have had numerous issues trying to get things scheduled between neurosurgery and neurology with her, she has even refused to call my neurosurgeon about orders that were sent and hung up on me when I have been extremely nice and patient with her rudeness . The older caucasian woman who also works the front desk is amazing and always very sweet and helpful always goes out of her way to call doctors , schedule appointments, do referrals and everyone else in the office is great including my doctor but the one receptionist ruins everything and I have been treated horribly by her on numerous occasions and if she answers the phone I know nothing will be done and she will not do anything and will not schedule what was asked or call the other doctors or fax over anything....
