Avoid at all costs. Doctor will see u for 30 seconds and u will wait for results or an answer 6 to 8 hours. Go to urgent care if u can. If u need ER go to the suburbs maybe there's less wait. My experience was horrible here.
The service and capabilities of the facility are good. Some of the staff are very rude, unprofessional, unfriendly and extremely disrespectful! I have never been treated worse as a human being in my life! I got in trouble trying to help my wife sit up in the bed that she was laying in, and as I was trying to communicate as quietly as possible, my wife asked me to speak up because she couldn’t hear me, a staff member accused me of having the wrong tone and being too loud, so I then proceeded to apologize to the staff for being too loud and tried explaining that my wife asked me to speak up because she could not understand me. The staff then proceeded to call me a liar and threatened to have me remove from the premises and accused me of arguing with them when I apologized. Please do not go to OU emergency room trauma center in Okc unless it is your last resort! I really would not want anyone to have to deal with disrespect and rudeness that is being given out by the staff members!
I’ve been up here twice already this year and not once have I met somebody with a sense of urgency or were they correctly staffed. I can’t tell you how many employees I watch just sit there on their phone with one leg propped up. I can see why your hospital has a 2.1 review rating
Don’t go here !! Terrible experience, they don’t care . Messy , not professional 😤. Don’t wast your money .
I WAS IN THE ER AND OMG TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EVERYONE IS JUST OUT IN THE OPEN WITH A LITTLE CURTAIN IN THE MIDDLE NO PRIVACY NO CARE AT ALL THEY JUST GAVE ME BENADRYL AND SAID GO HOME 🤦🏻♀️ WITH PAIN DEHYDRATED AND ALL BUT I WAS READY TO GO BEING THERE FOR 3-5 hrs WAS HELL , SO DIRTY, LOBBY AND WHOLE ER room NOT GOING BACK THERE
Great service by all nurses and doctors, despite being a Sunday with many people we were attended to very quick
Called and hung up after the phone rang for 5 minutes, which may not seem like a long time but a large hospital should be able to answer a phone quicker than that. When I got to the hospital and asked a receptionist to double-check where a family member was, she said it would be easier for me to go and look for the room I thought it was than for her to check the system. I stood there in dismay. Then the receptionist finally asked my last name and spent 15 seconds to find where the family member was.
Goodness gracious, some of you complaining in the reviews have never been to an Indian clinic/hospital and it shows... haha! But really, these folks were great! My nephew landed himself in the emergency room last night due to a dog bite. Every single person that made contact with him took great care of him. While he waited to be treated, he and I witnessed a staff that was attentive, hard working and friendly. My nephew's doctor (Crawford, I believe) addressed his issue with wonderful care, cleanliness & bedside manner. While no one ever really "wants" to go to the E.R., these guys did a wonderful job at providing the care that my nephew was in need of.
Waited 4 hours to get pain relief. I'm a nurse myself. This is the most disgusting place I've been in my life. Lazy nurses joking and laughing and flat telling lies to my face....had to call the supervisor......this has got to be illegal. Shut it down!!
This is the worst ER I’ve ever been too. With all the improvements they’ve done to the hospital you’d think the ER would be better. They have people waiting in what’s like a make shift waiting room and then when you’re pulled back your waiting in thrown up rooms with fold up curtains separating you from others. We only came here because my husband has cancer and his dr is at Stephenson so thought it would be better so it’s in his files but if we ever have to go to the ER again we’ll be going to St Anthony in MWC. So someone came back to start an IV it was a blood bath. I’ve never seen so much blood it went down his arm all on the chair and floor. This person dropped guise on the floor on the blood then he picked it up and was about to us it on my husbands IV. I stopped him and told him to get a new one he said he landed on the other side I said I didn’t care it was on the floor get a new one. Someone needs to inspect this place for patient privacy issues and how to properly do things so people don’t get sicker. Im going to be looking into who I need to complain to about this mess of an ER.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
