Awful customer service! Office staff leaves when your loved one is still in surgery! Ridiculous!

My 6 yo had a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in the Outpatient center. He went in as a nervous wreck, but once the staff started speaking with him, he started to be less scared. They told him about the popsicle and ice cream room, and how the "magic" mask smelled like Skittles! They brought him some coloring pages and crayons while we waited to go back for pre op, and were overall AMAZING!! Highly recommended!

I just had knee surgery yesterday. This facility is so clean and up to date.The customer service was amazing, from the ladies in the front to the nurses and anesthesiologist and of course Dr Woodson. Not once did I feel pressured rushed or not important. They took their time with me and explained everything in detail. This was my first surgery ever and I was extremely nervous but NOT once did I doubt anyone. I appreciate you all and your professionalism. Definitely would recommend McBride Orthopedic to fix you up.
