Randy Pape is an effective, knowledgeable and personable health care professional. I think he is an asset to Dr. Jacob’s practice. And I think Dr. Jacob is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. The reception and clinical staff are great as well. I would recommend (and have recommended) Dr. Jacob and his colleagues to my friends who surely will have joint issues at some point in their lives.

Wouldn’t send my friends and family to anyone other than Dr. Paul Jacob for hip replacement surgery. Three weeks post op and I can’t believe I have no pain. I’m walking taller, straighter, better than I have in years! I was so well prepared for my surgery: what to expect before, during, and after—and all thanks to Dr. Jacob and his amazing team. If you’ve been putting off your replacement surgery, your wait is over, call the best hip replacement surgeon in the state, Dr. Paul Jacob.

I came to see Randall Pape, PA-C Physicians Assistant, to Dr. Paul Jacobs MD, in early July 2022– with severe knee pain that was affecting my ability to walk. My diagnosis from X-rays was I would need a knee replacement from Dr. Paul Jacob, who is known for his joint replacements. I have had two knee injections since July 2022. The injection is slow release and it is far superior to any previous knee injection I have had. Until I am ready to have my knee replacement, this has given me pain relief ! I don’t have to take Aleve or Advil that doesn’t help that much anyway. To have my ability to walk reinstated with this injection is something I’m very grateful for ! Randall is excellent at injecting the space around my knee joint. I felt zero pain while having the injection. The office is on time and has such a nice energy. Parking is easy ! It is off the Broadway extension and so easy to get there. I was referred to this Doctor by an office lady at another doctors office where I go. Randall Pape, PA-C Physicians Assist is kind & caring and excellent at his job & work. I am a retired RN and I am grateful for all the fine care I am receiving. I had no idea that this knee injection could give so much relief for an extended period of time !

Arrived at appointed time...seen promptly at that time. The entire staff greeted with a smile and were very cordial, friendly, caring and professional. Kristy Olivo, PA, like the rest of the staff, was very professional and caring, and reviewed the challenges ahead for my surgery...answered all my questions. As like other interactions with Kristy, she epitomizes, what a true medical professional should be. Kudos to her, as well as to dr. Jacob's selection of the staff! Kudos also to TraLinda Childers for her courtesy, friendliness, professionalism and tenacity in scheduling and rescheduling my surgery. ALL - keep up the great work! Makes a patient feel at ease and confident!
