Scott is very knowledgeable, concise, to the point, and he answered all my questions professionally. Kristy is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions in a manner that I could understand. Dr. Jacob is the most wonderful doctor I have met and I highly recommend him. All of his staff and team to include those in the hospital took excellent care of me. Dr. Jacob is very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He addressed all of my questions and concerns in a manner so that I could understand the entire surgery procedure. I am very grateful he performed my right knee revision surgery and he will do the left knee revision in 2023.
