My appointment time was at 11:15 my ride did not pick me up until 11:19. I called the clinic and let them know that I would be late and I was informed I have a 15min window. Once I got there, at 11:32a. I checked in and the PSR told the MAs that my appointment time was at 10:15a not 11:15a so I overhear the nurse say "how does that work?" Well it doesn't because you were told the wrong appointment time. I was told to do a U/A and to go back and sit in the waiting room. Not in a room. I only came in for a nurse visit. Something that takes 15-20mins. NOT EVEN That long takes over an hour. I will try my luck with Integris. It was the blue clinic.

I wish I could give a better review because the staff and Doctors have been wonderful. Unfortunately the pediatric care was always running about 1-2 hours behind. From when my son was 5 days old it would take over an hour wait. Unfortunately this makes visits extremely difficult when dealing with an infant, time off work etc so we have had to switch. If you are hoping for efficient visits and have a tight schedule I would not choose OU Family health.

Today was our first visit and I do not regret switching to OU. Office staff was excellent and the Dr my Son's seen I believe her name was Dr John wow!!!!She has the best bed side manners and you could tell she cares. So pleased with our decision.

Doctors and PA are amazing. The front office and on-call nurse is severely lacking. Called at 730 to see if I needed to take my son to the ER or just make a doctor's visit. it's now 1141 and still have not gotten a call. Decided to just take him in around 845. Called several times and kept getting the message they are experiencing high call volumes and to please try again.

Pa/Doc (Carley Pearson) is amazing. Front office/call answering lacking in all job duties. They don’t ever get my referral sent out in a timely manner. I’ve also been trying to get in with her since back from maternity leave months ago. I’ve Called twice a day for about a month and they refuse to answer phone or call gets dropped due to “high volume” (never receive return calls, just very disappointed and frustrating to have to find a new PCP due to office/calling errors constantly

No calls in from 12 to 1, then meeting till 2:30. Following day you call and they hang up due to "call volume". Seriously? Like they don't make enough money to hire someone to answer the phones? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RUN CLINIC UPDATE: This is one month later... STILL NO CALL ANSWERING!!! I kid you not...poor excuse of a clinic
