My Mother-in-law was sent from Ardmore to Mercy OKC and she received amazing care. Hannah from the second floor step down unit was great. Not only did she provide absolutely great nursing, she showed so much compassion and care for my mother. On top of that she was a fabulous moment of calm in a very hectic time for me and my family. Hannah and the whole 2nd floor staff are the absolute best.

Don't go eat at Catherine's in Mercy's tower! I bought $30.00 of food there for my boyfriend and I for dinner and some chicken avocado salad for my lunch and the chicken salad made me sick after 2 hours. I didn't connect the dots to Catherine's until we ate dinner and then BOTH of us wound up sick and in the restroom for 2 days!

Went in for back pain and I was hurting really bad. The doctor Colleen ask me to put the gown on so I asked if she could help me pull my shirt off and she said what you can't take your own shirt off. I will never be going back to the hospital. I don't even care if I live a mile away. Worst doctors ever

I would give 0 if allowed. They are the worst for taking care of procedures and being able to get it through insurance. No good communication throughout the process.

Dr Lewis's nurse, Nicole is amazing. She went above and beyond to schedule my surgery earlier than expected, and I am so thankful for her. Dr Lewis is great too. She answered all my questions. I know I am going to be in good hands when I have my hysterectomy.

The nurse in the ER was probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met….and that’s saying a lot. She apparently needs a lesson on how to remove and adhesive without the pound of flesh she took with it. There are little tricks to taking the tegaderm patches off if u can muster up 20 seconds of spare time. I hope someday she gets a little bit of that action herself.

Horrible place to get treatment. I will not give even one star to this place. The staff is rude, over worked, high patient to nurse ratios, and underpaid. Lack of respect within staff for the patient. Go somewhere else for treatment.

Went here for jaw surgery. All the nurses were very helpful and nice except one. I needed ice to help with the swelling and she denied me and told me she had a schedule. I was in alot of pain in the middle of the night. Other than that all the nurses were great and I felt really taken care of.

Went in to be seen for chemical burns and chemical vapor exposure due to inhaling epoxy resin, silica, and fiberglass for 8 hours without a respirator because of my boss, and 45 minutes later I still haven’t been seen. I left and decided to go home. If my breathing gets worse, I’ll just call an ambulance, but this hospital doesn’t care.
