Dr. Herlihy is a very knowledgeable and a highly skilled urologist, with the treatment of kidney stone removal. He provided explanations of procedure in a clear manner and never made me feel rushed, when asking questions. Dr. Herlihy & staff provide excellent patient care, in a professional & respectful manner. Quality care is my priority as a patient and Dr. Herlihy provides that! I found office space to be very sufficient for just one physician.

Dr. Herlihy is a phenomenal doctor. He had me in emergency surgery the same day I had my first appointment with him. Very knowledgeable and professional. His office staff are wonderful and caring.

I 've been dealing with 7 kidney stones since May 3rd, despite my frustrations over the length of time the process is to get kidney stone free Dr. herlihy and his staff have gone above and beyond to help me get through this ordeal. I m not the easiest patient when it comes to that level of pain so I can't thank them enough for their compassion and commitment they have provided me.

Dr. Herlihy & his staff are awesome! Dr. Herlihy answered all of our questions about my brother's condition & the treatments he would be having. Isis, his receptionist, was so sweet & helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Herlihy!

I see him cause I only have 1 kidney & he is always willing to get me in that day & send me for tests to be done. Then calls back immediately & let’s me know the results

This place is the worst! They are rude to customers. There is clutter everywhere; lab boxes under the waiting room chairs, papers are stacked up everywhere in the back, boxes in the corner of the office visit room. Signage is misspelled, outdated and everywhere. My wait was over an hour, plus another 15 minutes for getting there early and filling our paperwork. Someone needs to clean and organize. The place is GROSS! Then they lied to me. Before seeing the doctor, before I sat down with the nurse, I asked if I could leave and reschedule. They said I could leave whenever I wanted but, they were going to bill me for an office visit either way. When I spoke to Isis about my concerns she was immediately argumentative. She didn't care, no apology. It was almost like she was desensitized to talking to upset customers. I just can't believe a doctor would allow patients to get treated like this. I can't believe a doctor would allow that much clutter, dirtiness and disrespect.
