All I knew was pain in my area I wanted it gone. My Only problem was pain. So he sets me up for laser surgery on my prostate. He made his money, I have bad side effects from this ED scale before surgery Zero after Ten out of Ten. 20 years later no change. Except o take cipro 30 days if pain comes back. All I needed.

I have been seeing Dr. Renouard for several years for kidney stones. Recently, he performed a biopsy on my prostate and discovered cancer. He has explained all of the options to treat this condition. I have complete confidence that Dr. Renouard will do everything possible to help me. Thank you Dr. Renouard. May God bless.

Been seeing Dr. Renouard since 2001. Nothing but praise for this Dr. By the time I finally went to Dr.Renouard my situation was dire, My cancer had grown to the size of a lime. Dr. Renouard did not hold out much hope for my survival. There were experimental procedures new in the medical field for treating Bladder Cancer. Dr. Renouard had been studying up on these procedures. He used these procedures to help bring my cancer into remission. I am very pleased to say after these treatments and many years of careful watch by the Dr. he has cured me of my cancer. I am at this point in total remission. I feel I owe my life to Dr. Renouard for his determination and work in making me well again. Would not trade this Dr. for anything.

I have been going to this man for many years now over recurring kidney stones and multiple procedures only to have them once again now, not one time throughout all of this did he tell me nor put me on a single medication that prevents them from coming back. After 23 years of dealing with stones in my right kidney it has now upgraded to a Staghorn stone which is much worse than the usual stones I have dealt with over time. This stone holds any and all bacteria resulting in continuous infection, in my case severe UTI's that can't seem to get under control. He is now planning to do the same procedure he has done on me every time (lithotripsy) knowing fully well that it is advised against for this particular stone and will require several more procedures following to fully remove and is very comfortable with his decision to do so, well of course he's not the one dealing with the pain and extra surgeries means extra money.. He does not listen to you, the patient, and does not care to. Before finding out about this new Staghorn stone I went to him because I could not get to the bathroom in time and it scared the hell out of me, when voicing my concern to him his first word to me was surgery, I passed quickly on that one and went to my primary physician who in turn found the reasoning for this happening to me was the UTI I can't seem to get rid of now. Why was this urologist specialist not the one to find out the cause before suggesting surgery to me, simply out of the lack of care. This man has let me suffer excruciating pain for many, many years now and continues to do so now refusing me any pain medication. Its very simple, do not put your health wellness in this man's hands or you WILL be the next me..

Dr Robert Renouard is one most unprofessional doctors that I have ever dealt. He recently performed surgery on my Dad, being assigned by Integris Health Edmond. I was in his office today for a post operative appointment regarding a tumor he removed from my Dad's bladder. When he found out that my Dad was in a long-term nursing home facility, his response was I don't take care of nursing home patients, I don't want that nursing home calling me all hours of the day and night, and on weekends. He started to dictate me what needed to be done with my Dad, had to be requested to write it down for my Dad's care team at his Nursing home. I appreciate he's factual information regarding condition and surgery of my Dad, but he needs to be more caring and professional when seeing elderly patients, regardless of how the patient was assigned to him and where the patient lives. I will be reporting this to Integris Health Edmond.

I was suffering from multiple large kidney stones and Dr. Renouard performed my surgery and made me feel comfortable. I was in excruciating pain and I was terrified and he talked me through everything and helped calm me down in the OR. He placed a stent to help me and removed it ten days later. I am feeling so much better. He is a great doctor and his bedside manner is fantastic. I was very impressed with him as a doctor and as a person. He’s also very upbeat and funny! I highly recommend. It’s very clear that he cares for his patients. I have no insurance and he didn’t treat me any differently like most doctors do.

Great dr. Been going to him for about 10 years now. Very thorough, friendly and takes the time to explain and answer any questions I have.
