extremely disappointed in doctor's bedside manner, responsiveness to scheduling, and timeliness in critical times. it's unfortunate that patient's have to wait for treatment when every day matters and would never wish this experience on another family.

I won’t be returning, as the sessions are now doing more harm than good. Found Dr.Blair-West judgemental and cold. Only gave me one 15min useful explanation about the OCD cycle, despite having multiple expensive sessions. After explaining the OCD cycle, we didn’t even explore or use it as part of my therapy?! Most of the sessions were focussed on medication, of which I probably could have seeked advice from my GP, given it’s a standard anxiety medication.

Well. My dealings with Scott Blair and associates and Brain Injury Law were quite extensive. After being in a severe auto crash which I did not cause and being injured in it by two large trucks, who at every turn, their insurance carriers tried to deny their responsibilities and turned what should have been somewhat cut and dry, into a 4.5 year lawsuit that took everything I had to get through it. Luckily for me, after meeting with Scott and his team, and deciding to hire them, at no personal expense, I was able to count on them through all twists, turns and challenges. Not that it was always easy as Scott has different ideas than I do in how things should happen or be dealt with but we always duked it out and came to a meeting of the minds and when he did in fact come to agree with my train of thought he took the time to express that and let me know he heard me. That meant a lot! And I of course did the same when I saw that he knew more about particular nuances of the legal aspects of my case than I did and that he also had experience with others who had been in my position in the past. So suffice to say, if you are in a predicament like I was and suffering from injuries and issues that you did not cause, Brain Injury Law can be a very strong ally and I know they will do everything in their power to help you, from the little details and nuances to the overwhelming issues also.

I will never return. Scott was highly recommended, but my experience with him left me disillusioned. I felt unimportant.
