Absolutely the worst care I've received by any office. I went 6 days without my anxiety medication prescription thanks to an office staff member taking it upon themselves to cancel my prescription renewal. I went through terrible withdrawl from my meds, anxiety attacks and more; I had to make 5 phone calls and file a complaint to get my medication filled. My other review was taken down so I will keep posting until this office recognizes their malpractice. This is unacceptable.

Dr. Sacket seems to be a good physician for my parents, but I have a real issue that goes with the level of service provided by his office. If you ever need call and talk to a person at Dr. Sacket's office with a billing question, or god forbid a medical question, you can count on having to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes. This happens EVERY time. Sometimes they don't answer at all. It is very frustrating. I'd say they are either chronically understaffed, or else they just give a very low priority to answering the phone. If my parents didn't like him so much, I would definitely be seeking a different provider. Your mileage may vary.

I have been going there for a little bit know and him and his crue are the most amazing people ive ever met and that worth an hour drive to me just for that reason and i love his nurse to shes awesome.thanks everyone for everything

This is honestly The Best doctor anyone could ever have. He is my primary and after years of struggling with health issues, he has come in and in a short period of time taken my healthcare issues and addressed everything. He is amazing and so very Kind! And have to mention his Nurse Crystal who is Wonderful!! A big Thank You!

Dr. Sackett is through with all complaints and takes the time to listen and order neccessary tests in a possible diagnosis. Great personality too! Staff is friendly and efficient!

I've not physically seen Dr Sacket, but I Do have significant respect for him as a physician And as a person. He has stepped in at a time I feel like I've been flailing around hopelessly, helplessly for months. Thank you, Dr. Sacket, for helping me Breathe!

I don't know what is wrong with these people! Dr. Sackett has nothing to do with Dr. Douglas or the receptionist staff. Dr. Sackett is awesome and the best doctor I've ever had. Don't rate him badly based on the other doctors and staff in his office. That makes no sense!
