Teddy Eugene Webb's Online Review Report Card

Was not happy with lack of care received.

Dr. Webb has taken excellent care of me and my son for over 25 years, his caring and expertise is a rare treasure in today's medicine. He takes time to explain things, listens and answers all questions. I loves reading his backstory of his knowing even when he was a little boy that he wanted to be in Family Medicine. His is a calling and not just a job, we are thankful he is our primary care doctor.

Dr. Webb is a great DR. who will listen and advise you on your health issues.

I moved to OK about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I have a few major health issues and needed to establish myself with a new permanent dr. My daughter works in a specialty medical office and they receive a lot of referrals from Dr Web, all with glowing remarks about him. I made an appt based mainly on this info & some research. I was more than happy, more than satisfied in how he conducted this 1st visit. It was probably a good 45 mins to an hour long. I brought paperwork from my previous Dr. . Dr Webb asked many questions and I could tell he had gone thru the notes before he came in. He was very attentive going thru my history, looked at me when he spoke and when I was speaking to him. He was 1 step ahead of me the entire time. By the end, he had sent prescriptions for maintenance meds I needed, referred me to get established with a Cardiologist & Pulmonary Dr, scheduled blood tests and chest xray, ALL before I could request him to do it. Explained to me about MyMercy and what to do if I needed anything. All of this to say... He seems to be a,very nice man, capable and what I'm looking for in a,Dr. This is an easy, deserving 5 stars!

I had a terrible experience with Ted Webb. Over the last 4 years I found he was never engaged with and didn't seem to care about me when I needed care. It was impossible to ever see him except for my annual physical. The rest of the time I was forced to see his nurse whenever I was sick and needed to see him. He is not at all proactive about my health. He never asks enough questions and his physicals are not thorough at all. He told me I didn't need to eve have a pap test again once I turned 65. He also could not find in the records when I was due for my next colonoscopy. The front desk and phone staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful as well. When I finally complained that I am never able to see him except once a year for a physical, he decided to not see me any more. He provides the lowest caliber of of health care.

Very caring, professional & efficient. Both Dr. Webb and Brittney, his LPN, took extra time for a minor issue.

Dr. Webb is not a good doctor at all. He is very rude, dismissive, talks over you and does not do what he says he is going to do. His nurse Martha is rude as well. I called them for 2 months with no return call and the one time I did get a call back she yelled at me and hung up on me. If you have serious health issues these are not the people you want as medical staff. They only got one star because that is the only way to write a review.

Dr. Webb is very easy to talk to and very responsive when I send him questions.

Have seen him in past. Great doctor! However I tried to call for an appointment today and waited over 11 minutes still no answer! If it's that busy I ll switch docs.
