Horrible Horrible care, people are cattle! They do not care about patients at all.

I have only had good experience with this place they all have been very nice and the physician explains everything to me and answer my questions

If i could give a 0 i would. After two full months and numerous repeat referrals from my dr and numerous messages left for call backs i have not even been able to schedule an appointment. I would not make an appointment with them for the toad that visits my back porch. Totally incompetent staff. Go some where else! If you ever want to be treated!

Would leave 0 for his office staff and procedures if i could. Can’ get call backs and cant get a person to talk to. Do you really want this level of service and treatment? I certainly don’t!

This place is junk...... They treat you like nothing and treat you like your seeking drugs by the comments made they did not seem to have my pain and problems at interests and did not take me seriously I was reffered to as all pain patients. Let me add I have been waiting to hear from them for 6 weeks now. What I have heard from them is bc I have made the calls to them stressing my pain levels and they dont seem to be considerate at all. I'll take my business elsewhere!

I love this dr. He and his staff are amazing. They r always very friendly and attentive. The dr is very friendly and listens to me and understands my needs. I have been to alot of pain Dr's who treat me like I'm dumb. This dr doesn't. It's so nice to feel understood and listened to. Thank you dr and staff!

I would highly recommend Dr Phillips office

This isn’t a doctor I would recommend. He is typically over an hour behind schedule. I have waited over 3 hours to see him, and yet he will require you to reschedule if you are a few minutes late. The worst part is the experience I had in having injections in my back done by him. The first time the doctor had to cancel the morning of because he never made it to town. The 2nd time he failed to call in my anesthesia medication in a timely manner. I took the medicine as prescribed only for him to run 3 hours late in giving me the injection, so I felt the full force of the injection. The 3rd time was by far the worst! Again my anesthesia medication was called in incorrectly. After a long argument with the office, I was able to get the medication and go in for the injection. This time the medication had not taken effect when he began administering the injection without any type of local anesthesia. I was literally screaming and kicking during the procedure. He told me I needed to stop or he would have to continue injecting me until he could hit the correct spot. The injection site left me with a painful bulge. This bulge has remained and is more painful than before receiving the injection. During my follow up appointment he suggested that I allow him to now give me an epidural or he wouldn’t be able to administer any pain medication. I honestly feel that this doctor is extremely unprofessional. I would highly recommend seeking a different physician.

I am a former patient of Dr. Phillips and did have a good experience in the past. However, trying to see him again has been a very frustrating process. I had to obtain an additional referral, even though I have received injections through Dr. Phillips previously. After waiting for my primary care doctor to send the referral, I called to follow up. I was then told that the doctor has to "review the referral" before an appointment can be scheduled. It has now been 7 days (5 business days) since the referral was received by their office and I still have not received a call to set an appointment. It is unfortunate that Cigna doesn't have many options for covered Anesthesiologists that can perform injections, or it would be a lot easier to find a different provider. They are unwilling to assist a patient and it is disappointing. I see it as unethical, since the doctor took an oath to first, do no harm. I would avoid this office and this doctor if at all possible.

I never get seen in a timely manner. Usually an hour or more after appt time. Unacceptable. Patients have lives too. I have only seen Dr. Phillips 3 times since I was referred to him. Usually see his PAs. His office wants patients to show up on time. They need to work on seeing patients in a timely manner. Our time is valuable too.
