Im very satisfied with the service they provide. The clinic is a little dated but the staff is really good. Very friendly and professional. I’ve always been seen by NP Darrell and he’s been really nice, professional, clear and on time with everything.

I know there are a lot of questionable reviews, but I went in today and had an amazing experience. The front desk staff was amazing, helpful, and super upbeat. I've been to many doctors and usually dread it. But this was a great experience and I felt very understood / cared for. It was $80 to be seen with no appointment and no insurance.

Went there because I had a sore throat and they tested me for strep and covid and the flu. I CLEARLY had tonsillitis. Did not let me know my insurance didn't cover the covid test . So I paid nearly $100 for, which I could've just taken at Walgreens/cvs for FREE. The seating area is tacky and the place needs a remodel.

Literally waited over an hour and I was the only one in the waiting room. The girl Katie is the reason I won't go back to that clinic. There are enough urgent care clinics in the metro to have to be subjected to such rude and unhelpful customer service. If I talk to a customer at my job the way she talked to me I would have been fired, and rightfully so. Good work Katie....

701 NE 36th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73105 This was a new clinic that took over for the other place. Although we were walk ins the lady was very nice and it took no time at all for our procedure to get done. Walk ins were welcome So Thank you for being there for us.
