List of Vinay Shah's Reviews
I was recently a first time patient of Dr. Shah and I have to tell you that's the worst experience I've had from someone in the medical community. He came into the examining room rather hasty, acting like we were interrupting him. He began to talk to my wife and I very disrespectfully and soon became very irritated with us and told me that my condition was age related and there wasn't anything he could do for me. We traveled four hours away just to be told to go somewhere else to be helped.
Dr. Vinay Shah was rude and abrupt with me. He was disrespectful towards my primary eye doctor. He was more worried about his schedule than doing a thorough exam on my eyes. He left me more anxious about my eyes and completely without confidence of his exam. I was very thankful when a different ophthalmologist did his own exam and found that I did in fact have a retinal tear that Dr. Shah had missed on his exam.
I’ve seeing Dr Shah for about five years. He is extremely intelligent. He answers all my questions and puts me at ease. I will not go to any other Dr. He’s the best!!
The doctor was rude and arrogant and had no bedside manner. He seemed to resent answering questions and was rude to the two assistants that accompanied him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
