I hated every dental experience I've ever had until coming here. Everyone there is super nice. The dentist is personable. great quality of work. I had a tooth pulled and barely felt a thing!

Definitely will not be going back. I am 7.5 months pregnant and the person doing my cleaning did not once check on me to see if I was okay as she was being so ROUGH during my cleaning. I made it obvious she was being too rough and I was in pain but there was zero awareness. I had to ask to be able to sit up and get a 30 second break from being almost upside down for almost a hour it felt like. It just was not a comforting environment to be in.

I went to this clinic to get my partials. At first, I had a good impression of the office, the receptionist seemed nice, and the place was clean. But, I had my biggest disappointment while I waited for my partial which it took a few weeks. The receptionist Cassey did not want to keep in touch with me regarding my partials, I had to call her a couple of times, and she got very rude and disrespectful on the phone with me for no reason. I just lost 3 family members this Summer, I told her that, and this b....t care less. Here is the review I posted on Facebook. This dentist Matthew and Cassy, the receptionist, are the biggest fakes in the entire clinic. Be aware! Do not go by their looks, they are liars, racist, and rude people. Cassy the receptionist is a double-crossed troublemaker. I had a good impression in the beginning, but as time went by, and I had to return to the office, Cassey never called me to update me on my dentures. I had to call a few times, and she would not even say hello, she was hostile and rude on the phone with me for no reason. Refused to call me for my appointments and to talk about my dentures. She is not what it seems to be, she is racist, rude, and a liar. The dentist, and Cassey, the receptionist, are very arrogant and very unfriendly. Even if you try to be friendly, and do nothing to them, they will give you a bad reception, and treat you like you are less and inferior. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC IF YOU ARE A MINORITY, IF YOU ARE A REALLY GOOD PERSON WITH VALUES, OR DO NOT HAVE STATUS.

If I saw the first review I wouldn't choose WD . I had really believed that I would have a good time here, but I'll I had was a rushed and uncomfortable experience at WD.

This was by far the worst Dental office I've visited! Walking in there was no one at the front counter and the office music blaring... I waited ten minutes while the staff was in the back conversing about "cars". Finally, when the receptionist finished her conversation, she returned to the desk without an apology or a simple hello (That should've been my que to run) I'm now in the chair, the dental assistant is forcing objects in my mouth without looking while singing along to the loud music and discussing with another staff member how a patient (calling them by name) canceled their appointment for today. In comes the (unprofessional) dentist who hasn't informed me that he was indeed the dentist singing along with the dental assistant! I was flurried! Needless to say, I walked out of the office with only a (half did) cleaning when my plan was to talk with the dentist about a root canal, whitening, bridge and braces. Needless to say, I've asked that my X-rays be sent over to another dental office. If this dental office lasts a year, I'll be surprised.

I’ve been going here since the day the office opened. Dr. Niel and the staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Will continue to take my family and myself here.

Who knew going to the dentist could be such a great experience?!?! This office is the best with the greatest, most knowledgeable, kind and caring staff! The best dentist in OKC.

Dr. Nguyen was fantastic. My son broke his front tooth Friday night and Dr. Nguyen had it fixed Saturday morning. He was great with my son. Would definitely recommend him!
