List of Whitney Driver's Reviews
In light of some negative reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I was not happy with my previous OBGYN but wanted to deliver at Lakeside again since I had such a wonderful experience the first time. Today was my first appointment (pregnancy confirmation) and I met with Regina. I was pretty anxious but she was so kind. The wait wasn’t bad at all, even though it seemed pretty busy. When Regina came in she was very helpful and gave me time to ask any questions I had. She was very thorough explaining everything to me. Another great experience at Lakeside!
Absolute best obgyn experience I’ve ever had! The front desk staff, Dr drivers nurse and dr driver herself are all so kind! I truly felt like she cared and I was asked multiple times if I had any questions or concerns.
I had a bad feeling about this place the moment I walked in. I had Regina and she was very rude and I was super nervous so I was making jokes and she looked at me like I was dumb. I felt so uncomfortable being there. I was told driver would allow my sooner care but after my appointment I get a call that she will not except mine no longer. Which I honestly didn’t care because I was planing on switching anyway. If you don’t have sooner care they probably will treat you like a actual patient but if you have sooner care don’t go to lakeside at all, those people treat you so bad just for having different Insurance. People listen to the comments! I don’t want you to be 6 months pregnant and she drop you because of insurance. And then you have to scramble to find a new doctor. I got lucky I’m in my first trimester that it happened.
I had an appointment with Regina and she was very rude and didn’t seem like she had time for me. She also acted like I was scum on her feet for having sooner care. I was told that driver would be able to take my sooner care because my step mom ask and she said she would take mine. But then I get a call saying she wasn’t gonna take it anymore. Which I was gonna switch to integris anyway because I had such Bad experience with Regina I didn’t even wanna bother with driver. I would not recommend this doctor, however I have heard she’s good in emergency. Really disappointed and honestly so shocked at how rude Regina was. However she was very gentle with the exam and it did not hurt.
Dr. Driver drew me a picture to explain hormones. I thought it was the coolest thing. She made sure that completely understood what she was concerned about in an effort to ease the anxiety I suffered in regards to the procedures I was facing and the possible outcomes of those tests. She also allowed me to medicate myself and gave the meds time to work. She explained every movement and possible pain point. I have never had a good experience with doctors, especially OBGYNs, male or female. I'd give her ten stars if I could.
I have never left a bad review for a doctor or any business before, but this doctor was the absolute worst! I was in my first trimester and had started bleeding badly. I was advised to go to the ER. At my ER visit, they said the baby still had a heartbeat, but that I needed to see my obgyn ASAP. My husband and I tried calling several times to schedule an appointment the next couple of days, but Dr. Driver refused to see me!! She had her nurse tell me that since I already went to the ER there was nothing she could do for me and to just wait until my next baby checkup. Needless to say, I had to find another doctor as soon as I could. In the end, I unfortunately miscarried the baby and had to have a D&C. It was such a stressful, terrifying and heartbreaking experience and I could not believe how cruel Dr. Driver and her nurse were to me during this experience. They had zero compassion for what was happening to me. They acted like I was somehow burdening them just because I was trying to schedule an appointment which I was advised by the ER doctors to do. She would not even talk to me over the phone to answer my questions. It was the scariest thing I have ever experienced. Any decent doctor would have tried to explained to me why this was happening or prepared me for what the outcomes may be. I am only hoping that by writing this review, I will spare someone else from having to go through a similar experience.
Dr. Driver is fabulous! She is obviously a very competent doctor and pays attention to details. She has been there for me through two deliveries and a miscarriage now and I have absolutely no complaints about her or anyone at Lakeside. If you are like me and can't always remember what to ask in an appointment they respond very quickly to the online portal.
Dr Driver is the rudest doctor I’ve ever had an experience with. She not only is rude and has a horrible bed side manner, but makes you feel like she’s doing you a favor to even speak with you. Lakeside is such a great facility, but Dr. Driver certainly gives it a bad name!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
