List of William M Schnitz's Reviews
I just started seeing Dr. Schnitz last month, first time ever seeing a specialist for my issues. He has been nothing but nice and caring. His staff are very friendly. He listens intently to what I have to say. He is very friendly and even funny. Not sure why I am seeing so many bad reviews because I would have to politely disagree. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Schnitz is TERRIBLE. I waited an hour and a half to see him. He gave me less than 10 minutes as a patient. He talked the entire time, interrupted me, never asked me anything about me or my symptoms, had the worst people skills, told me - ‘“You can go to Mayo Clinic. They have the best Doctors there. Maybe they can find something wrong with you,” and he told me I was basically making up all of my symptoms. He told me he didn’t know what was wrong with me and said that some people just suffer their entire lives. He gave me no direction. At the end said, “I’ll let you go.” I walked out in tears. It took so much for me to finally go to see him. I was so excited to get some answers. I have 2/3 things to be diagnosed, so he was done. I would never recommend him to anyone.
I've seen 2 other rheumatologists that completely dismissed me which was heartbreaking. Dr Schnitz is actually listening to me and making an effort to help me. He put me on a medicine that is helping more than what I used to take. The billing department is always kind when I call to make payments. A past office I saw wouldnt see you if you had any kind of balance. This place isn't like that. Much better experiences overall!!
Sad to say, he might be caring for some, but didn’t care about me. Total waste of time.
I have seen Dr Schnitz for 20 years, he has saved my life. I could not ask for a better care giver, he has gone the extra mile over and over for me. The staff has always treated me fairly and willing to help no matter what I ask of them. I highly recommend Dr Schnitz to anyone . He has been totally honest with my treatments, even some was hard to hear. I am almost 73 and I owe much of my longevity to Dr Schnitz.
He is friendly, cordial and attentive to my health issues. He listened as I explained my problem and was empathetic. Nice guy, friendly staff, timely wait time.
The receptionist may be the rudest person I have ever encountered on the telephone. Will NEVER take a family member to this doctor because of her.
Dr. Schnitz has saved my life. I was in the worst condition of my life when I first met with him, and now I am doing so much better. My daughter and I, both see him for fibromyalgia. He has made our lives so much easier. His staff has also been super sweet and down to earth. Don't know where I'd be, without his help!
I've been with this Dr. for 5 years And in that time he has went above And beyond for me in numerous ways. I have been uninsured for a year and a half but he continued to see me and made sure I had the medications I needed for good quality of life. Loyalty is everything to me and most doctors don't take the time to know your personal situation but he did. His nurse Debbie is AMAZING!! She stays after hours just to call people back! Who does that? She too has done so much to help me!! I have insurance now and could go to another Dr. but wouldn't dream of it!!
Very impressed! Dr. Schnitz listened carefully as I explained my symptoms. Explained my current test results in great detail which I really appreciate and ordered more tests to narrow down what exactly is wrong. He also is helping me get into neuro quicker as my wait time overall is about 3 months total (I've already waited 1 month). I'm extremely thankful as I have been on a long painful journey.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
