Went to ER and got admitted that day. Stayed for a week and can't say one negative thing about my entire stay, start to finish. Dr. Treat was my ER doctor and was incredible. Took the time to explain everything and was very caring. Nurses in ER were great! Upon admittance, I was immediately greeted by phenomenal nurses and techs as well as the hospitalist, Dr. Eberely. Every single one of them were AMAZING! Although I didn't feel well, my stay was more like being in a hotel than a hospital! Everyone was so caring and tended to my every need! I recently had back to back appointments, one for a mammogram. one for a bone density test. I was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Right at 8:30 I was taken back to radiology. Both tests were done, and I was back home at 9:00.I had the test results that same day. All the staff was friendly and professional. This was a wonderful experience. They got me in very promptly. I asked oxygen because couldn't hardly breath, but they said my blood oxygen still on the green side. Buy, I was gasping for air.

I went to Physical Therapy for a balance assessment and planned sessions if needed. I did attend sessions which were very helpful! The receptionist and Physical Therapy staff were fantastic! Very professional and kind!

The staff was very friendly and quick. They were wonderful with my son and patient with us as we were in recovery from surgery just trying to get around to leave. Great staff!!!

After researching I decided to have bariatric surgery (gastric sleeve) performed at Bailey Medical Center. Everyone I had the pleasure of coming in contact with was kind, patient and professional. They made sure I had a complete understanding of my discharge instructions and that I had contact information in case I needed to reach out for any questions, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from the staff asking how I was recovering. My mother was sent to bailey hospital in an Ambulance for extreme pack pain caused by her back disc deteriorating, and when arrived, the wait time was at least 1 hour before seeing a doctor and while waiting a nurse named Jennifer, called “Jen” tossed!! a ice back on my mothers lap knowing she couldn’t put it on her self because of the pain my mother was in. That is pure disrespect towards a patient and should have been handled in a professional manner. I do not appreciate Jennifer’s actions towards my Mother. She deserves to be notified over the incident, to be given a notice of respect.
