A truly caring and patient doctor. She listens to both the patient and parents. Dr Mickle has been our sons doctor for about 17 years. We will miss Dr Mickle now that our son is becoming a young man and has to move on to a different kind of doctor. We would recommend her to everyone.

Didn’t want to get my son tested for autism when I asked.Turns out he is on the spectrum and using Mickle as his pediatrician means he went longer without the proper help he needed because “hes too young”. No he wasn’t.

We love Dr. Mickle She is easy to talk to and very helpful. My kids love her which is the most important thing to me.

Wait times were over 2 hours on several occasions. She missed several health conditions in both my kids. I feel let down she always rushed us. Was not a good fit for our family. Poor bedside manner as well. My children did not go to Bailey since birth so thats probably why she felt like getting to know my children wasnt worth her time. Bailey Medical Center as a whole is unprofessional. Huge lack of communication between staff in same office adjacent offices.

Dr Mickle has seen my kids for 16 years. She is very professional and caring. She always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done well. She does occasionally run a little late but that is because she cares enough to spend extra time with patients who really need it.
