Ric Corman's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunately, one is the lowest rating allowed. Called one day and left message to schedule as new patient. After two business days of not hearing anything, I called back. The receptionist lied to me stating she called saying I did not have voice mail and that she called back to leave a voice mail. . I have proof on my phone bill or phone that this office ever attempted to return a call for a new patient visit. After discussing why I need to see a physician, I will NEVER attempt to see this doctor again for any illness. I hope the doctor addresses his front desk issues if he intends to improve his services and actually have patients scheduled for visits. I will be telling my husband he is to seek a new primary care physician . If they can not dial a phone number correctly and lie about it; I do not trust them calling a script to the pharmacy correctly.

Dr. Corman is my favorite doctor. He listens well to my issues. There is also a new PA, who is also excellent. If I am in urgent need, they always get me in quickly. The front staff are always friendly, kind, and efficient.

Tried to make an appt upon the recommendation of a friend. Was told they won’t take me as a patient because I have bee prescribed anxiety meds. No explanation just that he doesn’t see patients on these meds...oh well, guess I wasn’t worthy. No loss...

Dr Corman is the best Dr I have ever had, he is honest and straight to the point with any concerns you may have. I love the staff and the atmosphere. Never have any issues and always get taken care of. If you're looking for a Dr., Dr Corman is it.

Dr. Corman always takes the time to discuss whatever medical issue I am having with me and is never in a hurry. I have been using him as my primary care provider for many years now and am grateful he is around. It’s hard to find a good doctor. I live in OKC and don’t mind making the drive to Piedmont because I know I’m in good hands.

I made an appointment showed up this morning early I’ll get through all the nerves all the vitals everything that came in and told me that they couldn’t see me because I had a primary doctor that my insurance just gave me so I left went to the gas station got gas was on the phone with my insurance at the time they got it switched back over I was literally gone 10 minutes came back and told him his office right now they knew it the insurance already called them and they wouldn’t see me when they were already done with the appointment I just hadn’t seen the doctor yet this is by far the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to I would not recommend this to anybody if you’ve had good luck OK I guess it was a bad day for me and I’m sure my attitude leaving didn’t help the matter much but you have to understand my frustration when it’s hard for me to get any time off work to make any kind of appointment and they knew the situation it seems like they could’ve been and folded a little bit I was literally gone 10 minutes

UPDATED REVIEW...Great experience this time around. My first review of my experience with Dr Corman's office was not a 5 star review and I have deleted it. I really liked my interaction with Dr Corman on my first visit, he's great and easy to relate to, but I was let down by the overall process of my first visit and the overall experience. However, I gave gave his office another chance and things have changed for the better since Dr Corman has gone to private practice. I had a MUCH better experience this time around. Probably one of the best Dr visits I've had in my 49 years. On the front end, the friendly office staff made it easy to schedule my appointments and they had great communication for reminders and follow up. The medical staff were all friendly and pleasant to deal with. During my consultation, Dr Corman had my blood work results ready, he knew my last results, he took PLENTY of time to go over them, talk about my current situation and talk about future plans. He answered all my questions and I never felt rushed (which is a big deal to me). I plan on seeing Dr Corman as my primary "man" Doctor for years to come. Thanks!!!

Regular Patient, get my annual, and anything else that comes along. he listens to what I am going through and gives solid truthful advice and care.

Won’t take patients who have bee prescribed anxiety meds. No explanation other than that. I guess people prescribed these meds are not worthy to see him.
