Would not go back to him. Waited about an hour in waiting room they put me in a room waited another 45 min. Then he comes in and started talking about his years growing up and his brother Rick. I have nothing against his brother but the Dr. Seemed a little jealous about his brother. I have nothing against Rick but I wasn't there to discuss his childhood or Rick's football career. Instead of him pulling up my info. On the computer he said I have no idea why your here. That should have told me right there to leave.

Best bedside manner of any doctor ive ever seen. Really cares and try's to help people. An absolute awesome human being. He puts his patients ahead of money. Quite simply, THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!

I called to get an appointment with the doctor. I had just moved to Fort Smith. I was having difficulty with my shoulder. My husband had seen this doctor. When I called to get an appointment I was informed that I was already in the system under another doctor at Cooper Clinic. I had seen another doctor when we first moved here one time for another issue and the doctor did not share my medical beliefs and was not a good fit for me. When I called Dr. Agent for an appointment I was informed that I was in the system with this one time doctor and would have to be released before I could have an appointment. They called back an hour or so later and informed me that their practice was closed. It seemed pretty open an hour or so before. Very unprofessional!

Checked in 20 minutes early, for early appointment, and watched five patients come in after my time be checked in and taken right away, get to the room and wait another 45 minutes, Doctor comes in and has no clue why he wanted to see me. I am trying to get things improved and my health and he is not engaged in the process.

My husband and I both use Dr. Agent and we both are very impressed with his knowledge regarding our issues. He takes time to explain things in detail.

Every time I go to him it takes about 2 hours. only get to talk to him for 2 or 3 minutes. He does not have time to be a Dr.
