Highly recommend avoiding Xpress wellness. The “Natasha” front desk lady was incredibly rude and unprofessional. After telling me it would be 2 hours and me respectfully saying “no problem, I understand and will wait,” she goes “you could come back tomorrow at 8am,” and I told her I appreciated the suggestion but I was really sick and was fine waiting the 2 hours to be seen tonight. she straight to my face says “yeah cuz no one cares about me going home tonight” 🤯 I was floored. You should NOT work in healthcare if you’re going to treat your sick patients like a personal inconvenience to you. I assure you, NATASHA, that no one is going to your urgent care for fun. No one packs up their sick selves or kids and drives to sit for hours for medical treatment because they WANT to ruin YOUR night. Your gross unprofessionalism is extremely uncalled for. I left to go to the ER instead, where they were fast and kind, mind you!

You'd think it was an emergency room having to wait over 2 hours to be seen. ): The staff were nice but my goodness. Coming back in to edit: they sent my daughters prescription to the walgreens that was already closed after saying it was the walgreens across the street. Went to the walgreens across the street, and they said they closed their pharmacy since the 25th of October. They then said it's the walgreens down the street. Went down the street and it was closed. Now driving to tulsa when we are already 2 hours from home. This is terrible.. I don't recommend this place.

Our tech was amazing in letting us know what to expect and had to bring kettle brother with me and they was super friendly and interacted with him also. The Dr was also amazing and very informative. I would highly recommend them!!!! They are now my go to

Rushed in 7PM due to a box blade cut. Staff brought me in for triage quickly with almost no wait and were courteous and professional, assessing and tending with care and referring me to a hospital for stitching.

In and out !! Very impressed with the quickness went in for a urine analysis for a new job and expressed that I had to use the restroom really bad and they got me in within 10 minutes out the door within 25 minutes. The staff was polite and helpful and straight to the point very efficient. . I will definitely go back there if I need to ..
