Impressed with Dr. Shannon. R was having difficulty with my hearing aids and a Hearts For Hearing associated was working with me. Dr. Waiters walked by, heard the discussion, and sat down with the associate to fix my problem. Impressed with her dedication, knowledge, communication and listening skills, my issue was resolved, very helpful. I highly recommend her. Many kudos!

My appointment with Shannon Winters was a thorough examination. She was excellent explaining my problems & my options. I am still struggling with the changes made in my present hearing aids. I didn't expect so much & many sounds coming to my ears all at once by these adjustments. I now watch TV without captions & I was able to hear all the church service Sunday . I am old & slow in making new changes. Thanks to all Hearts for Hearing personnel.
