Made my son an appt @ 10:30. Checked in online. Only 1 ahead of me. He was in lobby. Place was dead. One guy in lobby called back. He was back out within 5 minutes. This was great sign. We stayed the only ones in lobby. Place was deathly quiet. Not even tv was on. Finally called back at 10:48. No idea why it took that long. Asked us his info in room. Sat there alone waiting in the dead silence til 11:22. Finally opened door and asked much longer. Quiet out in their workspace too. Nurse pointed to the provider working on a computer and said “I think she’s coming in there in a minute”. Sit back down. I hear a door open next to us snd people walk in. We’ve been here alone for 45 minutes and now another patient has arrived. I hear provider go in to that room. I guess we got knocked out of line for asking how much longer after waiting 60 mins past our appt time. If they’d been busy, I’d of understood. She came in to our room at 11:31. Finally ordered X-ray. He’s been back in room since 11:41. It’s 11:59. Wonder when we’ll hear anything. He’s now missed over 2 hours of school while waiting (mostly alone as an only patient) at an urgent care facility. Make it make sense. Don’t recommend.

The service is very slow. There are two other people hear and in 20 min none of us have been taken back. I asked them to draw blood and I have an order. I was told no as they don't want to be middle men. It is lab work. That is all.

I just moved here and saw my doctor Monday who diagnosed me with pneumonia. It got worse despite anti-biotics and other treatments so I went into urgent care today. I made an appointment online, super easy! Filled out all the forms online, super easy! Went in on time and they processed me fast and got me right back. All the staff were professional, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. I was listened to and they helped address all my concerns. They did a chest x-ray in house and didn't make me wait for results and said they would call as soon as the radiologist read them, which they did. They called in my new prescriptions and explained everything I needed to do. I am so happy to have found a great place in Shawnee!

I would give them negative stars if possible. You MUST have an appt or get turned away, even if the lobby is empty at 5:30 pm and their website and business cards say "no appt needed". You CAN'T make an appt in person, you MUST go online, and you better fill out your paperwork online or the receptionist will give you attitude. I have never been treated so rudely by a medical facility in my life! We had to wait an extra 30 mins AFTER the Dr tried to call us back, because they couldn't get their computer to take my info. We were treated well by Dr. Lisa and got our RX. Everyone else needs some training on how to be a professional and treat their patience better!!

My daughter was checked and had Covid and our 2 granddaughters and my husband and I yesterday. They were very kind and took good care of our family members. I love being able to call and get the link and fill out the paperwork and just have to check in at the desk. The others in town won’t make appointments and I was out in the parking lot at the other place for 3 1/3 hours. This was ridiculous. I will always use the Xpress Wellness Urgent Care South and North

After my experience last night I will not be returning for any services at this establishment. I have never experienced such poor bedside manners. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.
