Worst walk in clinic in Stillwater. Waited over an hour and half just to be told I wasn't able to be seen due to my type of insurance. That if I wanted to be seen it'd cost $500+. Waste of time. Nurse was extremely rude. Front desk staff was slow and obviously annoyed with his job. Unbelievably unprofessional

I was in severe pain from a long-standing issue with my ear. I had been seen by four providers in Tulsa over the last month and while they attempted to treat the problem unsuccessfully not one tried to manage the pain. Everyone I encountered here was kind and professional and the NP I saw gave me an anti-inflammatory injection that started working within 30 minutes and had me feeling functional again and referred me to the ER for further treatment. The young woman who discharged me was immensely kind and gave me the biggest hug when the exhaustion, pain, and anxiety overwhelmed me. The relief they gave me was beyond the words I can express and I am immensely grateful. Thank you all so much.

I've been here a few times since I moved to Stillwater to get my masters degree. Each time the lady at the front desk was kind and professional and the physicians were helpful it getting my ailments treated.

I took my 86 year old mother in after a dog attack. She has an obviously broken hand and a gash on her leg. They would not even look at her because we didn't have a police report. Who thinks of a police report at this time??? Luckily, SMC was courteous and professional and they called the police for us.

All because three lady at the front counter just trying to make things difficult. Because being sick is not enough to be seen by a doctor. I would also like to point out that this lady thought it was a good time to bring up my review when I brought my daughter here a month later. Basically arguing that I'm not allowed to take a photo. I explained to her that it's completely un professional to do this when I was here for my daughter. needless to say I will never come back to this place again for anyone or anything because of this lady
