This Dr. Conley couldn't even recognize a cornia ulcer. The eye was blood red and draining a whitish substance. Lots of pain. I saw him twice and his only diagnosis was DRY EYE. He shouldn't be billing himself as a cornia specialist. I found a doctor in Fayettevile, AR who diagnosed the ulcer and saved my eye. l only lost 30% of the vision in that eye.

I was refereed by my optometrist to Ryan Conley because he billed himself as a cornea specialist. My entire eyeball was bright red .... inflamed .... and discharging a whitish substance. Very painful. Dr Conley diagnosed it as Dry Eye even though the optometrist saw a spot on the cornea. I saw him twice. Both times same diagnosis . No help. A friend helped me search the web because the condition was affecting my vision. We searched for a doctor that could help dry eye since that was the only lead he gave me. We found a dry eye specialist in Fayetteville, AR. I was given an appointment the next day. The doctor took on look at my eye and said yes I have dry eye and he'll treat that but first he had to treat the CORNEA ULCER that he said was in plain sight. It took about 8 days to heal the cornea ulcer. I credit Dr. Shaver and the Eye Center for saving my eye. Would I recomment Conley? My recommendation is a NO.

Dr Conley is the best surgeon I could have ever asked for! He did cataract surgery on both eyes and im so pleased with the outcome! Very nice man and surgeon.

If your surgury goes well I guess he is okay but if you have problems his ability to recognize the real problem is terrible treating me for dry eye when I had fluid under my retina causing terrible flareups and he was acting like it's my fault not a nice man at all

After having the laser cataract surgery, I was having issues with my right eye and was told everything looked good. In 5 months my right eye had a cloudy film that distorted my vision from time to time. I me another appointment and was told that the back of lens needed to be clean via laser which usually happens much later in the process. It would cost another $1,900 for both eyes to be done after I had already paid over $3,000 five months earlier! The repair price is so excessive and Unfair to me as a client. I am very disappointed and would not recommend Triad service to anyone. Not a reliable service!

Dr. Conley performed laser cataract surgery on me about 4 years ago. He is great. I am still doing well. So glad I had the procedure.
