Dr. Sara demonstrates a genuine interest in her patients, is kind, thorough, and encouraging. I find these traits rare today when some doctors seem to view patients as a patient number and have little time for them.

i'm a frequent flyer dermatology patient. 70 year old, formerly red haired, male. so i have periodic skin cancer or pre-cancers. Dr. Metcalf is very meticulous and caring physician. she answers all questions politely. she also asks me questions in a direct/clear style. if you have any skin issues, get an appointment NOW. although she is very busy and it probably won't be immediate. she does have other staff that can possibly see you sooner.

Dr. Metcalf is an outstanding dermatologist! She performs thorough all over body checks and explains the various spots and/or skin conditions. Plus, she is very kind and sincere.

The wait time was 35 minutes past my appointment time but the moment Dr. Metcalf came into the room, it was all about me. Very thorough, answered my questions. My worry was my thinning hair and she took great time explaining reasons for it. She is pleasant and fun.
