List of Touchstone Medical Imaging's Reviews
Do NOT use this imaging center!!! My son's oncologist put in an urgent request for an MRI and for the disc to be overnighted to his office. A week later he had the MRI. Another week later and daily requests from both my son and the doctor's office resulted in my son driving a disc to his surgeon in OKC an hour away. (He has a tumor in his knee pressing on a nerve so it's painful to drive.) It's been 2 weeks of waiting for results on an urgent request from a cancer center! Incompetent administrative work!
Nice place and was quick and easy to get in and out.
0 stars if I could- the center is fine but the billing department is something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.
I had a wonderful experience at this place. Everyone did a fantastic job. I thank them for their service.
The staff here were friendly and helpful! They have a very nice office building as well.
The staff gets timely insurance authorizations, staff was top notch, facility clean, and scheduling is flexible. 👌
They schedule you out weeks and you still sit around in the waiting room.
Staff is friendly. I appreciate that their forms are online and I receive text messages with reminders. This clinic actually exists in the 21st century unlike most other medical institutions. I got an MRI and the services I was looking for and it was a way better experience than Stillwater Medical Center but that is a very low bar. There are still many ways the experience could improve. This is an imaging center which means customers have medical issues and potentially in pain. I have spine issues as I imagine many other patients here would have. The chairs in the waiting room are the worst I have ever experienced. It was more painful than sitting in a car which I didn’t think was possible. I had to stand the whole time which wasn’t ideal since they made me wait 45 minutes for my appointment. It would actually be awesome if they had cots for people in a lot of pain but I understand. After the MRI they told me to wait in a closet with another nightmare chair and side table. Actually, if you sit on the side table, it’s better than the chair so I’m glad they included that. Also, they need noise cancelling headphones and actual music. I’m sure they could afford it. They ask you what music you want to listen to during the MRI and provide a set of earphones. I know I said, it didn’t matter but I wouldn’t consider endless car insurance ads as music. And the volume seems to be set just right so that you just barely hear the ads while not interfering with the machine sounds. If I had known, I would have preferred just that loud machine. It was a a dystopian experience but I got what I needed.
Great easy scheduling.. quick scheduling.. appointment on time.all around great customer service.
Great job.easy to find the staff was great.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
