Went for a second appointment today (with BCBS insurance) and was told that if I couldn't pay the $80 balance plus the new copay they would not see me. I offered to set up a payment plan, but the lady checking me in said the full balance would have to be paid today before i could be seen.. Over $80, with insurance, I was denied medical treatment by this office. Wont be back, for more treatment, or to pay the balance. This office is strictly profit based and patient care takes a backseat to the almighty dollar. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. 0 stars!!!

Packs in patients till barely has time with them. Doesn't listen and fills out referrals wrong. These people are about getting the money and not patient care.

I've seen several orthopedic doctors in my 79 years, none better than Dr. Deloache. He's concerned, answers all my questions, listens to what i have to say and is always upbeat and positive. Staff is friendly and helpful and professional P.A. Scott is super too. I recommend them highly to anyone with a bone or joint promlem. Keep up the excellent service to your patients.

Dr. Deloache has operated on me 3 times, most recently a month ago to remove a bone spur in my foot and has done an excellent job every single time. He has reconstructed one ankle and repaired a torn rotator cuff. Every single time I was impressed at how fast I was able to heal by following his recovery instructions. We are blessed to have such a great orthopedic surgeon in Tahlequah. His staff is so friendly and truly care about all of his patients.

We. Went to see the orthopedic Dr for wifeys knees. The wait wasn't long,he explained where we could understand what needed to happen i would say overall a pleasant visit.

First visit was a torn acl recontruction procedure. Great experience. Reinjury to same knee. Experience not so great... Nurses never answer phones. Schedule you way out for appt. Had MRI done. Came back for follow up. Which was schedule on a clinical day. Thats chaos. Sat there for 2 hrs . 30 mins past appt time. Got called back sat in room for another 30 mins for doc. Reviewed my MRI in 5 mins said bone structure good. I tried to ask questions but he rushed me out the door and said see you back in 6 weeks after physical therapy. Nah bud you wont. Ill take my 30 k to some other ortho who respects me and appreciates me payment.

Dr Deloache did carpal tunnel release trigger finger release. Hand injections And i thanked God for him He is without a doubt the best Dr Anagnost had done neck injections on me and we are now planning a surgery. This is the dynamic duo. So grateful for both
